10Very unprofessional staff and management. I was acused of theft. Because I took a couple sips of my mountain dew while standing in line to pay. The manager and employee repeatedly caused me of stealing the drink that I was actively paying for them. Some one needs to stop this unwanted harassment from staff or they will loose all customers. They have now lost me and my family from ever stepping foot in this location again!
Closes at 10 but went at 930 and they closed early then hours posted and not even a sign saying they was closing early
I am able to find the things that I want and the people are friendly both employees and customers.
They were busy, but polite and working as fast as they could. I love Dollar General, it so convenient.
They had sale on holiday air wick scent then when you take them up they say its not on sale sign in wrong spot how with a whole sheft then refused to give it for that price and had attitude
It was an ease to find the products in store without items thrown of place everywhere. All intended Shopping items I had on my pick up list were in Stock and at a reasonable price. Cashier exhibited Good Customer Service skills.
I went during lunch hour and was able to locate what I needed without any trouble. The cashier was friendly and had no issues.
Store almost never has the sale displayed correctly, store is very messy, some of the employees aren't very friendly there is one black male who is great very friendly always willing to help you with anything. Sorry to say I don't know his name, he has long dreads it beard, sweet friendly smile. I believe he would be a great manager for this store. He is a hard worker and smart.
This store is only minutes away from where I live and they usually have what I need. If I can't find what I'm looking for they'll always show me where to find it. They even carried two big water bottles to my car though there were customers in line. Definitely a store I recommend.
