Dollar General, Englewood FL

They have an old hunched over woman working at this store who is an absolute B**CH everytime my mother and I come in here.

Robert cussed and shouted at everyone shopping to get out of the store because it was 845 and they close at 9. It is nice to have the store in our neighborhood but no need to speak like that to customers.

They had a nut case Amanda working there for a short while, I didn't go in there when she was there.she seemed flity and high on something.but she's gone so its a much nicer place to shop

I live in Englewood Fl.and visit the location on 776 daily. Great store with a wonderful and helpful staff.

Has a variety of health and beauty, food items, paper goods, seasonal items, children's books and housewares at very reasonable prices.

I love DG's, but they have really gone down through Covid, much like other stores. I hope to again have the days where I can get what I need from visiting a DG!

This Honeybake in Port Charlotte, Fl.is the worst. My ham must have been sitting in the store too long, obviously their refrigerators were broken, all my sides were not cold

I was there on Friday December 11th late afternoon at 4: 42 pm. The gal that rang me up was absolutely amazing and sweet! Made our shopping experience awesome! I did not get her name though, thank you and hope she is there next time! I am a small business owner and kindness goes a long way with me in customer service!

I go to the Dollar General at least once a day if not way more. Know most of the workers by name and they are always willing to help.

It's new in my neighborhood. I like the convenience and selection. The staff so far are friendly as well.

I went home and after my shopping experience and realized I had forgotten something. I called back and sure enough they knew exactly what I was talking about because they had set it aside. I went back and got it. There was a couple of other bags there with things that other people had forgotten. They showed me these bags and if I had been dishonest I could have taken both of them. I can't believe the trust that they had.

This is the only business that requires ID to buy cigarettes, regardless if you're over 60. Where's the staff autonomy to use their common sense?

Cleaner than most, you could tell employees had no use for the place by the comments they made

This store needs help, dirty, shelves messy, thing in the aisles.it is close so I will pick up needs, but will shop at Dollar General on Gasparilla road

Its not the best dollar general iv ever been to. I know they are a small store but what I truly don't like is how there card reader will ask you if you want cash back. If you select yes.they will give it to you but then tell you they usually don't give cash back, then they point to a little sign that is supposed to inform the customer of this. It's so small and amongst 10 other hand written signs you can't see it.

Can't get through aisles so many products in the way should definitely do that after closing or before they opened you would definitely have more happy customers
