Dollar General, Destin FL

Website said they were open until 10pm tonight. We drove 20 min to get there and got there at 8: 20pm and there was a sign on the door that said they closed at 8pm tonight. So irritating!

This place should probably increase their wages so they can hire some people. I've been here a couple times looking for an item that the website claims is in stock, but when I actually go to the store, it isn't there. The shelves are empty and there are carts of stuff waiting to be stocked everywhere. It would be a nice convenience store if they could keep things stocked, but you're better off going to a store down the street where the shelves actually have products on them. It literally looks like they are going out of business.

I am care giver for elderly lady and we were in there this morning with 2 items in buggy when she got in distress, she insisted we pay for items, and we paid and I needed to get her to car quickly and pushed buggy out of way and just started out of store. Now keep in mind I told the male cashier we needed to hurry that she was in distress well he could NOT HAVE BEEN ANY RUDER to us. He was mumbling under his breathe and when I finally ask what he was saying he said real loudly that we shouldn't leave buggy on floor, not his place to put it up while slamming it into other buggies. This huge unshaven and smelly man does not need to work with public. He needs hel A mental evaluation or something.

You have an assistant manger that yells at other female employees that work there in front of customers and vendors and nothing is changing or getting fixed and the problem continues to happen this is because of the lack of leadership helping and teaching this employee what it is to be a leader and the female employee he yelled at is an assistant manager as well and the wife of a veteran

I needed sunscreen and aloe after sitting on the beach without any for a day and regretting it. They had everything we needed and very quick in and out. Conveniently located.

Shelves are about empty. But clean store, just need either staff to stock shelves or possibly waiting on products.

Nice, well kept dollar store. Clean, stocked, prices easy to see. Good variety and value. Why go to a busy over priced grocery store for most of your everyday needs.

Always friendly service and helpful when you can't find something. This particular store was a little disheveled but aside from that, it was great.

This store is amazing, so clean and organized, best DG I have ever been in. Store Mgr and employees really deserve alot of credit for the great job they are doing!

The unfriendly, rude and extremely unprofessional register attended was horrible. He is the large RBF man that litterally made no apologies when he rudely announced that my method of payment was decilned a personnal ck due to my debt card being stolen.although i have not written a ck in litterally years my phone number had changed causing so error. However i inturn i had the cash to pay for my items. He turned around and refused to speak to me when i called him out on his unprofessional behavior. Not only did i comtact store manager but the corporate office. Neither of them to contact me back. Although that store by far is the best orginized and clean. It maybe due to lower sales less business due to the caliber of sales associates obviously hate his job and customers. I will never spend my money at that location ever again. The Satna Rosa crazy store has a great sales staff that commonly go to the back and retrive Clorox wipes when i have asked with an excellent attitude. The shelves are often bare due to the amount of business. But ill spend my money there every month

Clean rooms, pet friendly, excellent staff friendliness and customer service. Pricing satisfactory.

Great store so much cleaner than the ones in Ms. Everything was in place and the isles was not full of junk

DG is DG. They were surprisingly well stocked for a beach location on Labor Day weekend. Compliments to the team for that!
