Dollar General, Lehigh Acres FL

The store is great but the people who run it don't enforce people wearing masks like they should.

I enjoy going to all the Dollar Generals and this was is just up the street from where I live. Milk wasn't expensive compared to everyone else. Clutter in the aisles due to the aftermath of stocking shelves but I'm not complaining. These guys and gals are busy working there trying to keep up with all the traffic. No issues with customer service. My go to store milk and cereal.

I love Dollar general it's cheaper than family Dollar and that stray bottle I took a picture of that is more than a bathroom cleaner it prevents viruses and the flu anyting you touch live door knobs and handles and multiple touches it prevents bacteria too and that is a good thing

They don't ever have the shelfs fill. Never any milk. Can't get them on the phone never answer it. Bad management

I don't get the mask required signs all over the doors, yet several people walked right in, shopped, paid, and left with never having a mask on. The young man who was the current cashier.no mask.really looks like this store doesn't care, or enforce a rule. Hello. Just like no shirt, shoes, no service.
That store on Lee Blvd is a joke. It would also be nice if you gathered carts and sanitized them. I mean can ya do anything? Employees all wear masks, and tell people, no mask, no service.

The manager there Valerie I think her name is. She's great and took care of a minor problem I had with a playstation cars. She was very professional and got the problem taken care of. This store is down the street from where I live so it's a convenience to shop here. Also please give her a raise as She works very hard for her pay. All employees need a raise from a big money making company! Take care of your employees they take care of the company is my thoughts! Thank you for a great store

Its always a mess.inside and out. No employees wearing masks. 1/2 the customers wore masks. I got in, got what i needed and got out.

Staff was friendly and they have most everything I wanted. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because they had next to none cleaning chemicals. Specifically went to get the works toilet bowl cleaner and they had 0. But so did the other 2 DG I went to so it must be a company wide thing. But you would think that they would notice inventory running low and order some ‍️

It's always busy with a long line but all in all, I have no issues. Employees are nice and polite.

I really enjoyed my experience there. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. The manager Peter was also awesome, he helped me find what I was looking for and gave me some great advice and recommendation which turned out to be really helpful. If your shopping I would definitely recommend checking this dollar general out.

This place used to undesirable to enter, but now there are employees that care a lot! Nice job! You know who you are, we applaud you, the cleanliness and organization of your store shows through you, we enjoy coming in now!
