Dollar General, Cape Coral FL

Every time and I mean every time I'm here, I'm never charged correctly. Today, I was over charged on every item. I told the cashier it was wrong and she said, it comes off at the end. Sure enough, it didn't. So, I paid two dollars more than I should of. Why can't you update your system to match the advertised price? It's this location only. Over the last year, I've spent at least $100 more than I should. Ripping people off daily!

We had a great experience at this store today. It was my first time using coupons to save on my items. Latoya and Jaime (the mgr) helped me and my mother and were very pleasant. Thank you for your great service!

So I bought $10.35 worth of bleach today and after putting $11 in cash and getting $. 65 back out of the self check out machine. The cashier yelled at me saying…that I did not pay for the items while the people waiting behind me watch me put the cash in to the machine and it dispense my correct change. The clerk on duty proceeded to tell me in my face that I’m a bold face liar and he does believe me. I told him to check the cameras. It was quite a trashy experience. Keep in mind I know the store manager from his previous (south cape store) and have had great interactions with him. Awful experience as 15 other customers witnessed the interaction.

Was overcharged by about $7. I repeatedly told cashier that it was not the correct amount. She assured me it was. Once I reviewed my receipt I found that it was not the correct amount. Cashier and manager then refused to help me. Told me if I don't like it not to shop there anymore. I think I will take her advice. Worst dollar general I have ever been to.

Don't know who the manager is there but I'm assuming she's the manager. She's ALWAYS friendly and this store is very inviting with how the merchandise is displayed. Need more dollar general's that look and act like this place

The bathroom was unacceptable! The roof was broken, toilet paper in the floor, rusty sink, spiders, toilet is dirty too.

Excellent service and especially Gina is amazing! Great greeting customers and customers happy for her wonderful service!
And thank you for great hospitality while I was wearing for my towing. Hopefuly will be nice weekend. That was awesome experience like I never had done for the long time. GINA is excellent should be a general manager!

Place is always a mess. Cluttered with merchandise on the floor. Stock carts dripping something all over the place. They are everywhere making it impossible to push a cart. Very Dangerous place as the employees just ignore the mess.

Today is the last day I will go to this place, it was one of my favorites, but, three different workers have made me feel indiscriminate and are rude and disrespectful

The store and parking lot were clean, manager lady was on the ball, picked up yellow baskets so customers didn't get hurt. I like when the take initiative and care. Shows class

Definitely not my favorite Dollar General in town. I've only been here once and that was enough for me! The store is dirty (aren't all Dollar General's a bit gross though?), dark and cramped. There was a pile of picked through Easter candy on the dirty floor and open eaten/drank food containers in the grocery aisles. I realize that 99% of the store's problem lies in their regular shoppers and the fact that there's only ever 1 or maybe 2 people working at a time.

If the dirty store and threat of tuberculosis wasn't quite enough for you, the one employee that was working at the time kept complaining that customers were queueing up at the register. She kept barking out that the self-checkout was open and requesting that people use it. I tried to use the self-checkout, but it had someone else's order on it that they had not finished with, so it was not usable.

I made my small purchase, left and immediately took a shower.

Never again Dollar General on Andalusia, never again!

My girls favorite store were always stopping in there for something good customer service there too

Love the manager Deanna. She is very nice and willing to go that extra mile for her customers.

Had to do a return it was painless and both employee and manager were very helpful and fast much better than the old staff.

Most favorite Dollar General in the world always clean and the people there are very nice and they always love to help you

In my opinion i think all Dollar Generals are GREAT! Just he concept of the store itself makes smilewhen i see them drive a products price down after that chain has disclosed that they aren't making any money on a particular item or that the people of the public isnt going to find it any cheaper. Thanks for helping big bussines get a nack for tasting feet DOLLAR GENERAL, Youve got my vote!

The store is a little messy but I got great customer service the gentleman at the register was very helpful
