3 Very bad customer service. I called and asked to hold my fedex package for 3 more day because I was out of town. Manager told me that it is no problem and package will be waiting for me. It was very important documents. Wen I showed up to pick it up one of the employe told me that package was send back to sender. He did not apologize and just said it was jus mistake and nothing they can do. He also said that they have a lot of managers and the just did not communicate! I was very mad because of the way he approached this situation. Terrible experience and awful customer service! I will never use this Dollar General

Just about 20 minutes ago i stopped by the Dollar General located on 21st st and College in Ruskin FL. I picked up a gallon of milk that read an expiration date of 6/1/23. Naturally I look for one that had a a further date and found one with a 6/11/23. Then in the corner of my eye I see an expiration date of 5/9/23. They're selling milk that has expired over 20 days ago. Be aware if they can ignore a gallon of milk, what else are they ignoring. THIS IS A HEALTH CONCERN.
I went into this store last night for the first time in several months, the store has been completely remodeled. If the company wants to give the store a new image, start with replacing your employees. They are so rude, unhelpful, and yell throughout the store. This is why I quit going to this store and why many customers choose to go somewhere else, I know the pay is very low but get better quality employees.
