8Very rude cashier Dominique. Its sad most of the stores are closed in this plaza you would think they would be a little more appreciative of business. Will not be back.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The cashiers of the store seem nice enough, but the manager they had working there, Gianna, was the rudest manager I've ever meant of any store I've been to. She came out yelling at me when I hadn't even said a word to her. Working in retail myself, that is beyond unprofessional. Then again, I guess dollar Dollar tree doesn't really care about who they hire.
Dont keep enough checkouts open, no one greets you or even talks to you, and some parts of the store are way over stuffed with product that it makes it hard to shop.
Worst customer service experience of my life! First thing that the MANGER told me was: “you’re making a mess. This wasn’t like this. ” As I was picking out some balloons. I told her it was already like that. And she insisted it wasn’t. I had made the mess. Then snatched the balloons out of my hand and said well I have to finish this first, so wait. She ended up kicking me out because I said “you’re welcome for being a customer. ” Her response was: “well get out you don’t have to be my customer” so yes I told her to f*** off after. I have never ever been treated like especially not right off the bat. With complete anger, why?
Manager seems to be pissed off to have a job that pays her. I was shopping around and overheard her snap at a few other customers who were simply asking questions about certain items in stock. If she’s not happy to have an income then she should hand her job over to someone who would be more appreciative, instead of taking her anger out on people who shop there. This occurrence caused me to leave the stuff I had in my hands back on the shelves and go elsewhere. I feel sorry for this company for allowing such a waste collect an income from them and feel sorry for anyone who works under her.
What's not to love.everything's a buck.you can always find gifts and or anything that you will need for your household or even a lot for the office. Especially around the holidays it's so wonderful. You cannot go in and buy just one thing. This is absolutely my favorite store.
Always full of great items and of course you can't beat the price. They get lots of books from Target so you can usually find some pretty good books for gifts. I store a stash for emergencies when I've forgotten a birthday or a new friend has a birthday that i of course was not expecting. Staff isn't usually very friendly which is why I took away 1 star. They ignore while talking to their coworkers yet they are ringing up your items without acknowledging your existence.
