Dollar Tree, Boca Raton FL

Take more time in training employees on proper customer service. The service I received in this Dollar Tree location was horrible and I will never shop there again. A customer was allowed to skip me and push me in line without any interference from the employee and manager. The cashier actually began to ring the other customer's items after she physically pushed past me and threw her items in front of mine, that were already on the belt, as this was happening, I stated that this was wrong, and the cashier named Nicholas, did not care to acknowledge me. We were both told that we would not be able to purchase our things, by the manager Bonnie, because of the disruption but the cashier still continued to ring the lady's items and I could not purchase mine. I feel that race played a very big part in this altercation because I am black and the lady is white. I believe that they hold their caucasian customers at a higher standard than African American customers. I too, work in the customer service industry and I would never handle a situation the way mine was handled. That is very unacceptable and I am disappointed in everyone that was involved, along with the company for not providing their employees with the proper training in customer service.

Ok. Didn't have disinfective spray (always out of stock) and do not carry cake mixes. Had to go to another $ store.

I love that store! It's big, clean and have a variety of products. The staff is friendly; especially a young skinny guy (Adrian) He is very nice, polite and respectful.

A nice Big Store with a lot of Great Buys, especially for a Dollar Store. They've got everything from party supplies and decorations, throw away pans, canned food items, fridge items, school supplies, chips, pretzels, candy and so much more. They even have helium balloons. The only thing I am Disappointed about is that for such a large store, they only have 2 registers open. They have 4 working registers but sadly, they never have more than 2 open. Having to wait on long lines is just wrong. The Store is always clean though. Great Dollar Store but be prepared to wait on line.

I still have trouble believing that everything is just $1.

This location is the nicest Dollar Tree I've been in. I'm moving to a community 2 mins away and am glad it's so close.

Surprisingly a lot of great values for a dollar. Obviously some things need to cost more to be better quality but plenty of things there are excellent quality and really good deals. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the place is clean and laid out well so it's definitely worth stopping in to see if you need any of the things that they offer

I had to go there twice to get some supplies and the store cashier was very fast even during a transfer (I got the wrong supplies)

We went in for frames and they had a bunch! We are from Boston so it was nice to see local selection with some of the tried and true

Dollar stores or dollar stores Everything's a Dollar but when you go into the store it is so clean everything is put on the shelves everything is need nothing messed around and if it is the employees put everything where it belongs and they're all cordial I mean they talk to you they say hi they help you then they tell you ask you if the bags are to heavy

I stopped at this Dollar Tree Store to pick up some inexpensive wine glasses. Dollar Tree is my go-to place for inexpensive items and they do not disappoint. In fact, it never ceases to amaze me that they can sell so many things for a bucket. In the aisle with glassware an employee was stocking more product but stopped and asked if I needed help. I accepted and with her help found the glasses that I needed but there weren't enough of them on the shelf so she said she would go in the back to the warehouse and see if more were available. I was very pleased with that kind of service and a short time later I was able to leave the store with my purchase in hand. I gave this store five stars for the selection of product available, the helpfulness of the store employees and the efficiency of the operation.

Everything is a dollar. Don't expect much, it's a dollar store. The aisles are narrow and cluttered with boxes for stocking the shelves. But they have some decent stuff.

Stopped to get a few items. Everything was available and the young man at the register was very polite and did a great job.

Best dollar store. Extension cord $1. Hallmark cards 2×$1. You csn find here a lot of good stuff. You can have a party suplly with $20.

Rude gm i went in to drop off an application.because there was a help wanted sign.wen i gave gm the application she told me they weren't highering and that they had to keep a sign up regardless.what kind of ass backwards b.s is that. IF YOUR NOT HIGHERING AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT U ARE. JACKASSES. THANKS FOR WASTING MY GAS AND TIME.
