Dollar Tree reviews
21Friendly staff and lots of registers open to handle the customers. Even the manager was running a register.
It was great the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. This store is my favorite to shop at.
I love this location! You're always greeted and welcomed. The store is stocked and clean. I pass other locations and stores to get here
The store manger "Dustin" seems to always have an issue with the 2 black mangers. He is forever berating them on what they are not doing. I have never seen him do the white female manger that way. I told those other ladies that they nedd to find another job. They are always so polite and helpful when Im am there. If this is how you guys run your company. You will NEVER be able to keep hard working employees like those two. Dollar on harts rd
Hate this one but it's the closest to my house! Shelves are always bare customer service is not there at allllll!
Dollar tree in river city (32218)
Was horrible. One of the cashiers was complaining about a child crying to everyone who came in her line. I told her that she had no idea what the child was crying about. She was very unprofessional. I told her about my great grand that was diagnosed with autism. Had she said that about him, I would be posting from JAIL.
Good Cashiers. Good pushers for putting item back the shelf I witnessed today. Sometimes the shelves look empty.
When I first found out that a Dollar that this store was opening I was against it. Not because I dislike Dollar Trees, it was because of the location. You always have to worry about cars rear ending you as you turn into the store's parking lot. The store's parking lot entrance is too close to the intersection. Now, about the store. It's in disarray, the shelves are disorganized and merchandise is not in its proper place. If I am not mistaken their was a merchandise cart blocking the shelves.needed to be restocked. I have seen worse and have to assume that perhaps employees had nor shown up for work For the positive, you had a very pleasant cashier on duty. Love your prices, didn't find what I wanted but I bought some other things. Hmm, maybe that's the whole idea.can't find what your looking for but you will buy something. That's a great loss leader strategy. However, if straighten up your store I promise to return. Please don't make me work so hard to spend my hard earned money.shopping is my therapy! Lastly, you are so close to the interstate. It would be nice to impress traveling visitors with a welcoming store.more revenue.
Store was incredibly understocked, half empty aisles and stacked boxes. And very, very dirty. Cashier was very pleasant tho, so no complaints on service!
The parking lot looks like a dump site. However, the lady who assusted me was very polite and respectful. I wish I knew her name because she deserves major Kudos for making the end of my shopping experience the best.
Sadly, it’s typical. I find that the majority of Dollar Trees are understocked and messy. All too often there are boxes of unshelved inventory clogging up the narrow aisles. There never seem to be enough employees and they are often showing signs of being flustered. Not the most enjoyable experiences to shop there but the allure of $1 items keeps me going back.
I am on a walker. The store has too much in the aisles for me to walk down. You can never find nothing in the store. They are always out. The staff is friendly.
They just need to pick up the trash in the parking lot. Cashier experience pretty good. I'll shop there again. Thanks.
Thank goodness for the dollar tree during these times you can find many things to decorate your home on a budget. Leaves you plenty of money for presents
Larger store with a decent supply of everything you would expect. Store could be cleaner but it's a Dollar tree not an Italian car dealership.
Worst location ever, when this store was located in the Publix plaza selection was better staff was better. Ever since it moved across dunn to a solo location it has gone down hill. Boxes everywhere, shelves are empty the girl cant even stock cause she is on her phone. Rude, and it smells of musty in there. That is all
Your store is in a horrible mess. Looked like the aftermath of a tornado. Too much stuff in a little space, get it together people! Location is on Dunn Ave.
It's always cluttered with boxes of freight, but the shelves stay empty. They need more stockers and at least 2 cashiers. I will say that the customer service is awesome as hell. Friendly faces and they're very helpful.
I was shocked and disappointed to find this store had shopping carts you have to PAY to use! The store is cluttered but has a large selection.
