Dollar Tree reviews
21Great friendly staff, loads of cleaning supplies, & opened until 10pm on certain days which is helpful.
Open Sundays surprising what you can find for a buck even placeware settings dishes glassware etc.
Cashier needs to exercise better customer service stills. I made a purchase and my purchase was literally thrown at me. The store manager wasnt on property today, but i definitely will be making a formal complaint tomorrow. I never felt so embarrassed.
It's a very fun place to shop I mean I could go in there with 20 bucks and come out with wow come out and join get involved with Dollar tree you save more than you spend I love the store I love the franchise
Wasnt crazy about the customer service. I forgot a mask and wanted to purchase a face covering but they wouldn't let me in and didnt offer me a face covering to do business there. Luckily one of the customers noticed my desperate situation and offered me one from his car. I think if you want someone to wear a face cover in your establishment, you should offer it at the door if asked. I was in a very awkward situation and felt horrible that I couldn't purchase a mask just because I didnt have a mask. Probably wont be returning to this location.
Yelled at us to get out. The manager was really mean and we couldn't even get past the door without being kicked out. The experience was terrible. I would be scared to go back.
The Dollar Tree is descended from Ben Franklin discount stores that first began operating 1953. From the Ben Franklin's the founders opened K&K 5&10 and K&K Toy Stores. In the mid 80's another discount chain was started called only $1.00. In the 90's it was decided that the company would only focus on the development of dollar stores and in 1993 the name was changed to Dollar Tree. The company now operates close to 15,000 stores in 48 states. The company also operates the Family Dollar chain.
Dollar Tree is always where I come to buy inexpensive gift wrap and tags. You can find so many great things to make your gift stand out. They also have greeting cards and balloons so I can make any holiday or birthday special. I purchased all of my Christmas bags, wrapping paper, tags, and gift toppers like bells and flowers. The Dollar Tree also stocks household items, toys, stationary products, and seasonal decorations.
I just saw an interesting piece about Dollar Stores on CBS Sunday morning. While I tend to think of them only in a positive light as they help me stretch my budget in other parts of the country their high buying power has put mom and pop stores out of business. Many of them are also predominantly placed in poor communities and the food they sell is some of the worst nutritionally. It was a thought provoking piece about the hidden cost of cheap goods.
In any case this store is large and had exactly what I wanted and needed. It is also near the movie theater so you can pick up cheap snacks instead of paying the exorbitant theater prices. I don't think I will be breaking myself from the Dollar Tree shopping anytime soon.
Omg WENDY IS ABSOLUTELY A AWESOME PERSON. WE LAUGHED WE JOKED N SHE GUIDED ME TOWARDS THE ITEMS I NEED N PLUS CHECKED ME OUT WITH NOTHING BUT WARM SMILES N A GREAT ATTITUDE.
This store has just about everything the other stores DONT HAVE great great customer service, great communication, happy to help, very friendly employees.store is in nice and neat condition everything is organize you have more varieties to choose from.i love and adore this store will coming back soon
Keep up the great work
Went in for a few Christmas items had trouble locating a tree skirt. When I walked up to an associate I said "Excuse me could you help me find the Christmas tree skirts" She ignored me at first then was met with a ugly demeanor. I asked again and she said "would be by the Christmas stuff if we have it still" in a tone like I was a bother and she just turned and walked away. I found it later on my own but was disgusted with the experience I just ended up leaving not purchasing anything.
I had a troubling experience today. I tried to return twilight bulbs because they were effective. I had the receipt. I had one of the bulbs. The other shattered when I put it in the lamp. The store would not honor the shattered bulb because I did not have it or the box. I explained that the bulb shattered. I was met with a stare.
Crazy old woman, who was stocking items didn't want to be bothered. When I asked which isle is laundry detergent, she literary yelled at me, screaming its not the isle, it's on the wall. All that screaming was with a finger in my face
This place lives up to it's name, everything is a dollar! Sure a dollar tree would be nice, but a store where many of your home shopping needs are at for only a dollar a piece is pretty sweet too. Hands down this is the best place for helium inflated balloons and last minute items you need for a party, bbq or to clean-up afterwards. Oh and white you're waiting at the register, enjoy an ice cold beverage, yes still just a buck that's unheard of!
This is a great dollar tree in a great location. I have spent more money here.and it was well spent. Check out this well maintained store. The store is very well run and product is available and fronted. Beside the incrediable priced product you will also find a great staff. The refrigerated section will complete this money saving experience. Sooo come on down and enjoy this great saving experience.
Good deals on holiday seasonal things. School supplies are hot and gone quick. Snack items are cheap if grocery stores don't have sale. Over all good place to shop for daily things.
They used to sell all kinds of great breads, but the parent company stopped that. What a shame as it was a great draw. I stopped in twice this week for a cold diet drink, and they didn't have that either. Previously disappointed, but now disappointing.
I was really hoping that corporate saw my comments about the breads. Well, it's still a great store. Just not as great.
Sundays this location closes at 9pm not 10pm FYI. I tried to suggest an edit on the hours and it doesn't let me do it
Thank you 'Kevin" (with long light brown hair) for bringing a nice employee with just an air of positivity.
One of the best Dollar Tree’s around! Tons of selection, product you don’t see at the other stores, check this one out!
Love to buy products from your $1 store unbeatable pricings for product's that even in other stores can't match. Tyvm
Everything really is a dollar (or less) and you can find good deals there. Other things are poor quality - just don't buy them.
