Dollar Tree reviews
10They need to fix their lines. I constantly hear people arguing in this store over cutting in line when they have the lines set up in the most ridiculous way. I was told by the cashier that there is always a fight going on. Thats unacceptable fix the situation. I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets hurt over this one day. It's a liability waiting to happen. The management also does nothing about this and argues with guests and is unprofessional.
I always to at dollar tree. When at peak hours, always have enough cashiers to handle the long lines. Or don't ave anyone training at that time.
03/07/2020. This one seems to have joined the list of DT’s within the city limits with bathrooms out of order for customers for months. Also since the beginning of the year not stocked like in the past either. A lot of sparse shelves.
What a great change in this store! I hadn't been to it in a while and when I went back was surprised how well organized, neat, and tidy it is now. I asked to speak to the manager, name Terry, and congratulated him on his turnaround on this store.
Keep up the good work Mr. Terry! I will be returning to this store more often now.
They don’t keep things in stock. Cashiers move very slow and you wait a while just to pay for your stuff.
This location is hands down one of the worst if not THE WORST dollar tree locations in central Florida. Management clearly doesn’t care about keeping this store stocked. I moved into the area 5 months ago and I’ve been to this location (out of last minute desperation) nearly a dozen times and each time the store is less stocked then it was before. There is hardly ever ANYTHING stocked in this store. It undoubtedly looks like it should have a “GOING OUT OF BUSINESS” banner in the front of the store, because product in this store is so minimal. I drive 3 miles out of the way to the next closest dollar tree in downtown Orlando (on East Colonial) because I refuse to waste my time visiting a store that not only looks deserted and unkept; this is also a location that will have one register open at any given time, even during the holiday rush. Management should be re-evaluated at this location immediately.
This dollar tree is sparsely stocked. Don't go in here expecting anything extra or over the top. It's really the bare minimum where other dollar trees are concerned.
This store is under new management which is well needed, its getting better with stocking products, but still needs more help.
Best deals in town! I find the best prices for little odds and ends I am looking for a job Dollar Tree. EVERYTHING is a dollar! And the staff is always super nice. Joseph is a good person to deal with there, always polite and respectful. Check out the food and kitchen goods, I always find something good to eat for a dollar here.
I, as a former Assistant Manager at this location, had a wonderful experience working there.but I enjoyed interacting with every single customer that walked through the door, no matter how busy I was or what I was doing at the time. I always gave this place my all, literally 110%, and for some reason or another, I was just never thanked, let alone appreciated by anyone else besides my District Manager. Since I was put out of work for several severe medical reasons, I have noticed that my old "home away from home" has gone so downhill in such a short amount of time. I miss my job, but most importantly, I miss my regular employees and customers who I sorta thought of like they were a big part of my life and my family. It's such a shame that the corporate office has let this happen, when I was there heads would have been rolling in every direction if the employees were acting the way that I have been reading about. I suppose the saying is true. "you get what you pay for". And it is definitely showing through the management and the employees that they hire. I do apologize to everyone who has been there in the past almost 5 years now and have been enduring rude employees, among other things. I know that I don't have to be apologetic, but I feel your pain.if you aren't in a huge hurry, I recommend going to the location on Edgewater Drive.it is a much cleaner and a much more stocked store in my opinion. Good luck with your future Dollar Tree trips. If you have any kind of a problem or a complaint about any location, please contact the company Headquarters, I know that they are in Virginia somewhere, but I don't have the phone number anymore. Just go to the Dollar Tree website and scroll down to the bottom and you'll find the link to the number that you would be needing.
