Dollar Tree, Jacksonville FL

Right now, it's not well stocked and very messy. But I did go on a Sunday afternoon so that might explain it. This is the first time I've been here and I probably won't go back. There are much better ones that I frequent.

Unbelievable I got a pack of gum for 2 dolors not 1 I will now go to BJs instead of dollar tree

Register young man, rude. Stocking associates not mindful of shoppers trying to go around them. Bathroom was beyond filthy. Will not go back to this particular store.

The store itself is good.manager Brandy, Kayla and Dressisa are excellent and treat cashier with respect and know without us the store wouldn't be a great success.on the other hand Manager Kathy who was originally fired! Started back working and has the worst attitude towards cashier's, stating she didn't need them and she was cleaning out all cashier's except a couple which is literally overworking the only cashier they can keep.good luck baymedows store,!

Very dirty with lots of empty shelves. The cashier was very nice so she gets 5 stars but the store was a mess

It is good place to do small shopping. Everything is in order, easy to find stuff, people working there are just great!

The supply chain and staffing shortages are apparent in nearly every retail setting these days. But the employees that were there did a great job. Very friendly and helpful.

Even though they increased some prices, it's still a good place to shop.
Usually find what I'm looking for plus things I didn't realize I needed.

Have shopped there for 10 years, and never met an employee who was not friendly and helpful.

But the place is a MESS and not well-stocked, due to the maximum employees allowed per shift, which is only two, but there are three when the store's General Manager is there. One employee is a cashier while the other expected to stock the entire store.

I can't find what used to be standard items there for me anymore, for the last year or so.

It was cute for what it was, but it could have had more items in stock and pick up a lil bit on the cleanliness

Hours on door say close at 10 pm but yet, doors closed and locked at 8: 57pm with two workers looking at us through the glass.

I like the store itself, but the employees leave something to be desired. Some of them are rude and not very friendly, but the worse thing is they stand by the exit door smoking with no care the maybe someone doesn't want to walk through cigarette smoke

It was one of the nastiest dollar stores in town they had no stock on the shelves. The employees were complaining about other employees not putting stock up because they were not going to open up boxes

They was stocking rude workers didn't want to move stuff out of aisle bathrooms lock with no sign say employee only when asked he went made sugn

This has been my nearest dollar tree for 12 years and I must say, they have REALLY stepped up their game lately. The organization is superb and staff is very friendly and helpful. The stock has broadened and I'm excited to see more and more growth.

This store is usually really stocked up I don't know if Corona virus impacts their stock and inventory but this location still has tons of great deals neat little finds and is always a good place to shop for birthday balloons cards and bags.only gave them a 4-star based on the cleanliness of the location I think they are very understaffed but they work with what they have because they're always polite.

Lots of parking. Easy in and out. Medium-sized store. Lots of regular and some unusual choices. Near a hair store and a McDonalds. Staff is friendly enough.

I love my dollar tree stacked up i would like to get more rubbing alcohol.all out for weeks now

I trt and avoid this location. It's never a quick in and out like other locations. Checkout takes additional 10 minutes.
