Dollar Tree, Hialeah FL

Very bad experience with the manager jessica very rude and has very little patience should not work in a place like this

I worked a few years for Dollar Tree. There the work environment is highly toxic and policies are ignored. Employees are overworked due to almost medieval exploitation. The worst is the gossip and general distrust that Manager Ernesto Obregon tirelessly encourages. Fortunately, I'm out. Sayonara Dollar Tree.

Terrible they closed before the time 10pm. I was there 9: 48 and they don’t let me in! La que trabaja ahí no quería atender y cerró antes. Quería sólo estar en el celular

I went in there to purchase a couple things she takes care of her people then when I got there she said I am closed I will never go to another dallor tree

Customer service is rude. They have a mess in the store and especially when checking out. The checkout table is full of items which makes it easy to mix up items. Jessica (on 11/18/2021) was checking me out and had no patience to allow me to confirm my purchase almost $110. Extremely rude! And I heard another worker complaining about picking up after customers who moved items. Why would they work in retail if they are not willing to provide good customer service?

Happy that it's a nice place for people to continue shopping near theirs neighborhood nice people treated you great while shopping in the store

Since it was open for business management doesn't have a constant cashier on hand when it gets crowded with clients customer service is bad clients usually complaints about it and then that's when management open a second cashier like today management and two employees were chatting inside the back room and the store full of people.

This is my local Dollar Tree. I shop here frequently. There's usually only one cash register open. Depending on the manager that's working, they will open a second if the line gets too long. But, the employees are all very nice people. I would have given 5 stars except for the one manager that can never be bothered to open a second register regardless of how long the line is. Maybe she doesn't know how to scan the items. Lol. But she's a super sweet lady.

Love it, so many things for crafting, and decorate for any holiday, just love it, the only thing negative is that they had only one register open and the line was a mile long, not business like, the manager should do something about this, Thank you
