Dollar Tree, Fort Myers FL

This is the worst Dollar Tree ever! I live near it at would rather go to another one. It's always very cluttered and the floors are always dirty. I think they got rid of the one manager who stayed outside smoking more than she worked inside the store. They have a new manager now, so well see if it helps this store. All in all, I do find what I need when I shop there.

This place has it ALL! A Lot of things still need put away, Isle's we're very narrow. Not wide enough for a double stroller (and not a big one)

They need to close down and clean up that store it's so nasty and dirty in there stuff every way when they cleaned it up then they should open back up that store is just nasty

What stood out the most was the customer service I received. The cashier Denise was super friendly and pleasant. I felt like she had been my friend for years.

This dollar tree is always messy. I think they either need a bigger store or they need to order less bulk items.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Never had any other issues at any other Dollar Tree in my life and the cashier was very rude

Store is orderly and has good inventory. The cashier was pleasant to interact with. A great place to find a quick gift, card snack and or inexpensive decorations for your next event.

This store never has nothing in stock it's a waste of a space every time I go there they never have nothing nothing there tonight I sent my friend up there and he comes back telling me there's nothing I ask for why bother having a dollar tree down here if you never have nothing anybody needs what a shame

It was far better than expected. Service was great, store in orderly fashion. Nice cashier. Will shop there again.

I know it's cheap, but sometimes you are better off going to a real store. All I needed was a couple of things, and dollar tree is convenient, but the place was a disaster area, store was filthy and the only lady on one open register felt the need to blab away with a friend standing next to the register while she leisurely rang things up. The eight people in line were not amused. I set my basket down and left. I went next door to dollar general and the staff was much more helpful and the line although busy moved quickly.

So im a dollar tree junkie with an addiction to customer service.while in ft myers I stopped In to see what goodies were available and OMG Mrs Ann was totally AMAZING. She was hella friendly which is always a plus when checking out The store is neat, clean and stocked.

Michelle was awesome! Very helpful! I couldn't find an item and her manager heard me ask from his office so he came out and went and got the item I was looking for, I'm sorry I didn't get his name! Michelle, the cashier, was very friendly and helpful!

Difficult to find things, but that might be because there was stock to put away. They seemed to have a good assortment of items. Clerks were very helpful & friendly. A nice store all in all. I go there quite a bit.
