Dollar Tree, Lake Worth Beach FL

Almost everyday I go to various dollar tree throughout southern Florida. From West Palm beach- ft. Lauderdale, FL.
But today 12/08/2022 at 7: 15pm I went to this dollar tree located on lake worth and Jog in west palm beach, FL.
I am a Latino male.
When I approached the Afro American Woman who was cashier. A large woman, tall and wears glasses. I believe her to be the manager of the store.
I greeted her, by saying Hi Ms. How are you today. She gave me a dirty look and said nothing. She quickly input my items in a rush to get me out. I said thank you and she rudely responded with your welcome in a very rude and nasty tone.
I served in the military for 30yrs a marine combat veteran.
Maybe she mistook me for a Policeman.
And even if I was, everyone should be treated with respect.
She is in the customer service field and should not work in any customer service related job if she cannot treat people with respect and understanding.
She should be working in a booth by herself maybe selling tickets for a ride in some carnival. Not at a dollar tree.
She should be reprimanded and if she is a manager demoted to an team member.

Current store manager is very unprofessional followed me and my two yr old around the store and walk up to me in a stocking way just because I pick up two empty box to take to cashier to make sure it was okay to take since I was there the day prior explained to her I was there the day before she made me felt uncomfortable to shop at my local dollar tree very worried behavior I also explained I needed to do exchange 3items seem like she was willing to do it in the middle of the aisle so unprofessional behavior I will be calling corporate. 10/24/22

The most common shop. What pleases this network. Everything is simple and everything you need for minimal money.

Always messy. Things all over the place. Inventory missing. Returns not put up. Cashier pleasant

I guess as dollar trees go it was ok. Nothing special, kinda messy! But I haven't been in one yet that wasn't. It was still worth the visit, got what I needed.

Terrible, the manager like to argue with clients, and the cahiers never there to charge. Clients always have to be yelling

The store always disorganized hard to find what you need.

Today I witnessed LaChris Frasier the supervisor on duty treat a customer in a very rude manner because she was upset with what the customer said to her in response to her telling the customer to leave his backpack outside. Note: The customer walked to the store and was unable to do that due to the risk ok it getting stolen. I also witness her tell her cashier not to check him out and the cashier complied. I couldn't believe I was seeing and hearing what I did today. No one should be treated like he was treated no matter what.

This store is staffed with so many good and needed items so you'll never get out amply handed. Just take a cart, walk around paying attention to what's on the shelves. Enjoy inexpensive experience.

I was at the Dollar Tree on Jog and Lake Worth today and it is filthy! The floors obviously haven't been mopped in along time.pure filth. All kinds of boxes and product in the isles needing to be put away and the shelves are not at all organized. I've gone to the one on Jog and Lantana and it is clean and organized. That's where I will be going all the time.

That store always dirty and the air AC never works. In other words it's always hot in that store. And they need to have more cashiers working.

Store is well stocked, but they didn't have a couple of things I went in for, ei.children's books. Many areas were very messy and so I had to dig for what I was looking for. I would have spent more time shopping but I got tired of the messes. Store needs more help straightening the stock, and doing more cleaning. For example, the front door/cashier area is a disaster; all of it needs cleaning, the front door mat needs sweeping, it's a big turn-off. I won't shop there again.

This is not my favorite Dollar Tree. It is small and it is crowded. There are other Dollar Trees in a 2-mile radius that are larger and carry more product.

The Latino cashier wore no name tag or mask! She chased someone out the door for asking her name! The other cashier Sandy, took 20 minutes to ring each customer! They both took people out of turn. Worse stock than smaller Dollar Trees. Chaotic. No air-condioning for quite some time.

This store opens at 9am. All of the shelves were stocked and it was so easy it grab what you need and head to the register. Check out was fast and uncomplicated

I went in to buy some party items, found alot of items, there were some employees working alot of stuff all over the store carts full of boxes, some isles i had to push it out of the way, when checking out 1 cashier that took forever, she called for a manager, and nobody came.she went out to sales floor and came back and told the customer sorry we cant sell it.some people left there carts with items and walked out.i would have walked out but i needed the items.very poor service

Omg. This place is so dirty. I went with my mom and daughter. My daughter got sick from the smell in store was so bad we had to leave. They should really close this store and clean it up. So sad not all of them are like that.
