Dollar Tree reviews
14This dollar tree had most of what I wanted. The shelves were in such disarray, that I had difficulty finding what I needed. That is why I gave them 1 star. I visit this store often, but I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this store. There were many shelves without products that were black with dirt. The floors looked as if they had not been mopped in ages. The register area was also extremely dirty. I will not return to this store unless these disgusting conditions are addressed.
The cashier was rude to me after asking me the basket and at the end put my groceries bag in it and told me to put it back where it were. First time a cashier ask me that. And an other time at the same location the cashier told me to empty the basket. I think there is discrimination because I am black and not American. Everybody need the same treatments that’s the LAW.
Rude workers! Visited this morning I was looking for an organizer and sought assistance from floor stay. The floor staff ignored my question/didn’t acknowledge I was speaking to her although I was standing next to her and we both were the only ones on that aisle. Went to register and cashier wasn’t pleasant to the customer before me or me. Customer service training needed. My first negative experience at this location.
Decent variety of items sold here. They are often short staffed so the store can get unorganized. Nonetheless, an awesome choice in the neighborhood. I’m thrilled at the location choice and happy to have it as an option. I’m
This Dollar Tree on University and Royal Palm sucks. They take forever to re-stock on supplies. Lines are always ridiculously long. The new manager with the big red hair never greets or says hello just rude and unprofessional. Two thumbs down for them Won't be coming back to this location.
The staff at the Sample & Coral Ridge location and Westview locations are much friendlier.
I haven’t been here in a couple years since I left the job but I went back hoping to find some diy Christmas items and it’s the same depressing store the store on pine island is always better for me! Store always been like this and it’s been since the beginning of 2020 since I worked there. I feel bad for whoever works here and they wonder why the can’t keep workers once Wanda don’t like you anymore she cuts your hours on purpose so you quit she claim she does a lot at the store and she works hard at the store but if she do it wouldn’t be the way it is. Hopefully she’s not there anymore
This dollar tree is one of the most filthiest an unorganized places I’ve ever seen. The shelves are never stoked the merchandise is thrown all over the place, and you have to dig through piles of stuff to find what you need. There is also a staff member there who looks as if he hasn’t showered in months, which is quite of putting.
Dollar Tree is a good place to shop. Items are inexpensive and good quality. You find cheap products that you never imagined sold here.
This is the dirtiest and most unorganized Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Filthy trash covered floors and merchandise strewn all over the place. I can't imagine what the restroom looks like. The staff and the clientele leave a lot to be desired. What a dump.
It's not the best dollar tree store I have visited. It has sufficient variety of items. The inventory they have is not well organised. If you are looking for something specific, it can be difficult. Cleanliness is not the best and it's mainly due to haphazard stacking of items. Staff is helpful and polite
The store is overfilled, and if you are like me, it's a lot to look at, which is nice. The store had what I was looking for, so all good.
Because it is extremely short staffed everywhere I've been working a lot of doubles and I was not able to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom however I called this Dollar Tree and Leslie took good care of me she said she had a few Mother's Day balloons left and that she was selling to me so I'm just saying thank you so much less for making my mother happy and making me happy I truly appreciate it kudos to Leslie she is what customer service is all about. Leslie works at the Dollar Tree on University Avenue and Royal Palm right next to the Michaels in Coral Springs
There are many items and it is useful when you looking for some stuff of the last minute. Some products looks like chepear of low quality.
