Dollar Tree, West Palm Beach FL

Tonight I was on the hunt for helium balloons after calling several to only hear yes we have helium but no to the balloons I needed
I called this location on Okeechobee in the Office Drpot Plaza to hear they had 2 out of the 3 colors i needed. The lovely young lady at the register was so pleasant and friendly. She turned my sadness into a big smile.

I went yesterday w my wife, Melissa helped my wife above and beyond what is typically expected. The young man that was working there as well, was very nice. It is refreshing to know that In this day and age there still individuals who still provide excellence through service. Wish it was more common these days.

Went to the store today to exchange some items, the lady did not even look at me. I said "Hiii", and very rude, she asked for the receipt, it was on my car because they never need it, she said that I could not exchange anything without it.
I said ok, went to the car, grabbed the receipt, came back. It looked like the manager this time, very rude as well, " Didn't she tell you that you can't exchange? " I showed her the receipt, and she did the exchange, embaressed.
Please, train your employees or audit them. Everyone can get tired during working hours, holiday hours. We understand tired, I get it. But I am a customer, and I should be respected, that's the minimum. I was very polite, there was not any reason for them to treat me like that.
Also, this store is always a mess. I could barely find something to exchange because there were lots of products missing and mixed stuff all over the place. Unfortunately, this is the closest I have. But I don't want to even come back after today.

This dollar tree has the best customer service in west palm beach. The managers work just as hard as the team workers do. You always see everyone working hard to keep the shelves stocked. The cashier's do their best to keep the line moving.
Well managed store. With very good deals. $1.25 for every item in the store. Sometimes the bread shelves are stocked with treats like Entenmann's cakes and donuts. Thank you

Everything is $1.25 and the staff are really nice and pleasant. It's always a good buy at these locations. Pleasant customers and staff.

Very clean store. Well stocked and great service by Veronica. Lady on other register seemed a bit unhappy. But we had no interaction with her.

This is a busy dollar tree however the place was a total mess. I won't be going back.

White mangers is extremely rude customer service horrible very very rude ask for a shopping cart they told me to look around the store didn’t want to do there job manager can in and said I don’t have to shop there.would recommend

Better than others, but still full of boxes unpack. People very friendly. Store don't deserve race the price to $1,25 with that bad service. Also the 1st store before charged me $ 0.25 cents for 1 item tax? Total paid $1.50 didn't gave me receipt.

The African American Manager at this location is extremely rude! Came back to return exchange something and wasn’t nice at all. She made some comments and was smirking with her coworkers In front of me. I run a business too, and I know for fact that’s not how you should treat your customers. PS: Kindness is Free

I found measuring cups and aluminum foil on Thanksgiving that was all I needed and they had it.

I visit this place a lot since it's close to me.usually there isn't a lot of cashier's and the lines are long. The cashier's are very fast and hard working

Unfortunately, the store is always messy due to the typical customers (not everyone of course) that do not worry and care about keeping things organized or have consideration to others. People screaming, yelling, kids running without supervision from their parents, items all over the place, and very disorganized. A chaos!

If you ever want to deal with rude disrespectful employees stop by this Dollar Tree. I promise you they are the epitome of don't know my job and no I'm not willing to asssit. Come back and see another manager. I'm so done with dollar tree they definitely need to work on their customer service.

Dollar Tree is such a great place and this location was good because the shelves were stocked. The attendants were good an the parking was great. I enjoyed the experience shopping.

Unprofessional and lack of customer service. They close at 10pm, I arrive at 9: 55pm and they won’t even give me the 4-5 min courtesy to get what I need. The employee has the audacity to tell me “they’re closed”. At least, close at the time of business hours and what you have displayed on the door.

Older gentleman cashier was super sweet and fast. The shelves were a little empty and the store was in disarray but overall I found what I needed.

I love all the cheap prices. There's also a friendly guy named Carlos that works there
