Dollar Tree, Hollywood FL

I visit Dollar Tree stores wherever I go. You never know what you'll find. This one was okay. Good selection on whatever they had, but empty shelves too. I did see some employees working to stock the shelves, not even a hello from them.
Customer Service is Important. Where is it?

What's going on with this Dollar Tree location!? It was one of my favorite, now it's a chaos. The line is ridiculous and there is only 1 cashier.

The administration does not know how to manage the cashiers, the line always reaches the middle of the gondola ALWAYS

Some of us can't spend lots of money on things we need. I recommend Dollar Tree. For 20+ years it's saved me money and it has had almost everything I've needed. I recommend Dollar Tree to everyone. Maybe 1% of their stuff is not the best quality.

So I went to get some items to celebrate a graduation at the store. I had to get a few items so I got some first, there was a long line and only a blond lady ringing. I came back in to get balloons, made the long line out of respect to others, I asked the lady I needed some balloons and she told me, you have to go see another gentleman (Benjamin Robinson) at the end of the corner and she told me why you made the line, you just got some stuff.you could’ve ask the guy. Now this isn’t my regular dollar store I visit. So I went to the guy (Benjamin Robinson) I asked him if I could please have some balloons. I got my balloons and he was walking behind not telling me anything. I look back and he opens the register and calls other people. I said excuse me can I pay, he just helped me with the balloons and (of course someone will mind) I told them I had my daughter waiting with my older son in the car. Then there was a elder guy telling me off and I told him, listen I was on the line twice ok and basically Benjamin Robinson didn’t ask me or told me out of courtesy to charge me and because of that I was stressed and insulted by the guy which I put on his place because he didn’t care I made the line twice… so moral of the story is… please have a conversation with Mr. Benjamin Robinson about having more courtesy with the clients to avoid misunderstandings. (I asked his name and I told him before I left, he could have told me right away he was going to open a new register. Very unprofessional and unpleasant moment at this Sheridan Street Dollar tree location. I will not be coming back ever again. I actually never do because it isn’t in my area but I was running errands in the area but never again. How is this possible that there are such long lines and only one person ringing.

Nice store. Wish they had adult size socks here. None at this shopping trip. Nice staff. Clean.

Love this location, staff usually are nice. The only thing is there's always too long of a line.

Friendly staff; however, you need to have more than one associate on the cash register or at least have another person available when the store gets busy with customers.

OMG! The store is looking so much better, since the two ladies have been there.
And I mentioned this to the one cashier, and said, I appreciate all their effort for what they're doing.

I come to this store all the time because it's closest to home but they only have one cashier open ALL THE TIME. The line is ridiculous and they just don't care.

Rude and unorganized place. I purchased a few items and had to return 2 broken items next day. I wasn’t given a receipt and lately it’s like the new norm. I go to dollar tree so often. Anyways Elise I believe is her name the manager was very rude and unhelpful. I pay 1.25 for items now at dollar tree and the plastic folder that is clearly from dollar tree is broken so I wanted to exchange but the item was no longer there. She was nasty about the exchange and it’s very disappointing.

The store is good but I believe people take kids to play there and desorganize all shelf. Unfortunately was a mess. Even do a found few interesting things. Cashier's we're nice but the store need someone to refill merchandise and keep it more appealing.

Cashier #4 lane was super friendly, engaged in conversation and gave holiday ideas. Place was a bit in disarray, but with all new inventory its understandable.

No hand sanitizer at the door is completely empty, and one of the cashiers without a mask.

For those who have a really tide budget I recommend go to those stores you can find good stuff at great price

AMAZING SO MUCH CUTE STUFF AND SUCH A BARGAIN. Wrapping Paper, bows ribbon bags everything for Christmas wrapping and better deal than target and walmart. Although per unit value walmart has some better deals if your on a budget this place is great.

I love this dollar tree the people who work there are very friendly and helpful when I go normal everything I am looking for is there the last time there wasn't this time there was

It was an okay shopping experience. It's just starting to be hard to find items I'm used to getting at Dollar Tree lately though.
