Dollar Tree reviews
7The store closes prior to the posted closure times. Very disappointing. Please post your actual hours of business so that I don’t waste gas and time.
They never have full shelves of food items but what is on the shelves are old 9 out of 10! Also I called to see if they had something the cashier tells me he don’t know but I can come in and look! Well excuse me sir that’s why I’m calling HORRIBLE STORE
The cashier is super sweet & friendly. She called everyone sweetie. The world needs those people, especially those like me who facing life challenges.
The only reason why i come to this dollar tree its because its close by but other than that its the worst one i ever went to.the cashier is nice but the workers that are responsible for stacking the shelves and stuff isn't doing their job, all they do is talk and walk around, and the shelves are mostly empty to a point where you cant find what you want.they need to hire more workers or fire some of them asap, they are not doing their job.
Sweetest lady was working today. She was on her own while I was there, but she was quick as can be and cut through the long line quickly.
I go there quite often because it is so close to home. But I might reconsider. Since day one Ihave gone there, the store looks disorganized. But it wasn't as bad 3 years ago. It started to declined more and more. Random items everywhere. No organization. Boxes everywhere. Last time I went inside, it looked like a tornado hit it. There was so much stuff all over the place; items on the floor, carts with boxes all around the aisle, boxes on the ground it was hard to walk around the aisle. Random items all over. Couldn't find anything I needed. If I ask, they don't have it but they obviously had a shipment. SHM. I was so embarrassed of how the store looked that I put back the items back and left. There are so many other dollar stores, a lil further away that are so beautifully organized and you can find everything you need. Not only that, but other dollar tree stores have more things then this one. I can find better items at other locations that this location doesn't have.
