Dollar Tree reviews
15I was there today and the cashier Anna was by herself no other employee in sight with a line wrapping around the to the wall isle. She was so polite and got people checked out as fast as she could. Some people complaining about wait time though other stores were way worse and not polite. Thank you Anna for your efficient and professional help.
Dollar tree has a very very good thing going here. Prices are wonderful but the problem is when you walk in this store there's one cashier and on the average Monday through Friday from 2 to 6 in the evening there's one cashier and anywhere from fifteen 20-plus people waiting in line to check out. You know you got a good thing going on here. Please do not ruin it by not having enough employees to keep up with your customers please help us please management
I dont get it. I have to leave my $200 backpack up front. But the crack head lady gets to walk around with her huge as purse.
One of my favorite spots to find decorative socks! Right now they have really cute sloth, mermaid aaaaaannnd unicorn socks. They aren't the best quality obv, but I like them just to wear around the house!
Love this store people are so friendly and helpful the only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is trying to get into the parking lot
So many name brand items for a dollar, the staff was very helpful and friendly everything I was looking for was there.
This location is always very unorganized and dirty its sad because its a new location to be as bad as it is
The freezer section looks stocked but then it is empty boxes the manager says they are fully staffed but it doesn't seem like it
This Dollar Tree is not as clean as others. They often have great deals, but they are hidden due to clutter. They also do not have as many friendly and/or helpful associates as the other stores here in Pensacola. The homeless are on the side of the store and around the door which makes you not want to enter.
Great place to shop for last minute things a person might need and always a dollar plus tax.except in food
Stuff was easy to find and it was organized but it was only one register open but for the most part it fine
It's a really great place to shop & the employees are kind & respectful. It's kept clean & stocked.
When they 1st open the store was fully stocked. Now they are back to their old ways of all and any item you may need is still in the box they were shipped in.thrown in the middle of the aisle. Oh if you thought Walmart lines were long.eeeek nope this Dollar tree got them beat. I was truly hoping when the closed down the other dysfunctional/messy store and moved to a nicer store they would be better. Nope back to their old tricks
Love this place, only thing is how disarray things are in there. Parents just letting kids destroy and play in store. Not the stores fault its the parents, and kids that come in by themselves.
Has some different things I have not seen in other stores. Friendly staff. The bathroom however is unsanitary. It isn't even a place you should have open to the public. It has got to be one of the worst bathrooms I have ever seen.
