Dollar Tree, Miami FL

In the store everything was very good no problem, but one of the employees (I don’t know her name unfortunately) she was very disrespectful to me and my sister.and treat us in a very disrespectful way. (It was the cleaning lady at 9: 40pm 01/02/20

The worse customer service, there was a lady nagging and complaining like she did not want to work, very vulgar I'll never go there again

Cashier on September 27,2019 at 8pm was the rudest experience I have ever had. Made me feel very anxious and snatched items out of my hand. Told me to take my stuff out the basket rudely and said it would be faster. Got upset that I forgot my card in the car and cancelled my order. Threw items at me and said it would be faster if I helped him bag. BAGGING IS NOT MY JOB. If asked nicely I would never have been upset. No one should work customer service if they’re going to be so damn rude.

Specifically called to ask if they fill up balloons with confetti and was told yes. Only to drive the 30 minutes and be told no. TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES!

Dollar Tree not like it used to be now it's all just the same like Big Lots nothing but merchandise less inexpensive mostly house cleaning, cheap canned food potato chips and nothing really cost $1 I only visited because I was with a friend who wanted stuff from the store I would personally never visit the store again it's nothing like it used to be oh well make it choices if it works for you go for it

Always over 20 people in line, with ONE register open. This is one of the worst Dollar Trees Ive ever been too!

They once accused me of stealing when I had clearly paid for the items I was taking, then I come to find out that the food was expired and they refused to accept a return, worst dollar tree EVER!

They have a lot variety of things but there is always a looooooooooong line at check out. They have a lot of diferent things to wntretain the kids in summer and also for the beach!

Nobody speaks English in the entire store! I should not be surprised being in South Florida but EVERY EMPLOYEE ONLY speaks in Spanish. Very rude but as I notated, not surprising.

This place was a nice dollar store, but there was a drunk man walking around the store back and forth mumbling and staring at everything and nobody said anything. I would have given this place 5 stars but that made me really uncomfortable.

Very poor customer service and don't get me started on how dirty and disorganized the place is.

Place have enough space for goods. Good variety of supplies. It, s located in a place not so busy and you are able to park almost slways

Dollar Tree is one of the worst dollar store stores (that was kibds confusing to say). The thing is, don't try the food nor the drinks, I bought a Pepsi and it didn't have any flavor. Read carefully food packages because most of them are expired.

The things they sell don't have any kind of quality and are the worst kind of product. Dollar Store (if it exists, because I haven't seen any of those in a while) is a little bit better.

On of the best dollar tree that I visited. They have all in order, have more options and product than other dollars tree in south florida. People working here was nice.

This is a real everything for a dollar place. Real big store with updated products not just things sitting on shelves full of dust like other little stores.

Line takes forever always and all registers can take balloon orders. Slowing down everything. Other than that, its a good dollar tree.

Love this place! They have almost everything you would need from a dollar store and bonus items that you will not find elsewhere.
