Dolphin Golf Carts, Bronson FL

Not much of an experience- asked them to order something for me, and they never got back to me about the item. It's been 2 months.

Everyone at Dolphin Golf Carts were great. The mechanics are second to none and will make sure your equipment is in proper working order.

I stopped by in April 2022 specifically to look at the American Landmaster line of side by sides which I was not familiar with. I was happily welcomed and quickly shown the specifics of the “American Made” Landmaster product, which I purchased and was delivered in late May 2022. I have had numerous dealings with them over the past 16 months with nothing but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the entire staff. Thank you Dolphin Golf Carts team for providing me with a Wonderful Experience!

Great experience. I was greeted kindly and was told if I needed help to let them know. I freely walked around their property, looking at their collection of classic trucks, golf carts and then made my way inside. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products and patiently spent over 20 minutes trying to identify a part needed for my golf cart. I would definitely shop there again.

We purchased a Diablo 4+2 from Dolphin Golf Carts. The sales person I dealt with was Rene. She was amazing. Very pleasant and eager to help and address any needs. Service after our purchase was great as well. The management went above and beyond for us. Will do business there again!

Let me first start off by saying I’ve never dealt with Dolphin Golf Carts before until this interaction. Due to the fact of the pandemic, products, including golf carts were in high demand and hard to obtain. From my first phone call to Dolphin Golf Carts and speaking with Rene, I could have not asked for any better person to deal with reference to customer service and placing an order. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past, especially in today’s day and age. Dolphin Golf Carts “ doesn't realize” what a phenomenal employee they have in this young lady. Over the course of several months, Rene would call me on a weekly basis, updating me on the status of my order and to make sure that everything was absolutely correct upon delivery. People like Rene make businesses like Dolphin Golf Carts. Thank you Rene for the wonderful experience, I wish everyone else has the opportunity to experience the same customer service and attention to detail that I received. #Rene 5 Stars.

Great people who know what they are doing. They are always helpful and there is never high pressure sales tactics. If you have questions they are more than helpful and answer them. If you just want to look around and kick tires they leave you alone to browse at your leisure.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Rene didn’t hesitate to assist me with warranty work on my vehicle. It’s rare to find a business today that will go above and beyond to make a situation right. Due to their attention to customer care, I will drive an hour and a half to have them service my vehicle.

Great customer service Renee was very helpful on my service work and accessories to my golf cart. They sell a good line of equipment and products. Would recommend to everyone to buy from this smaller family owned business.

First off I want to say after 12 years out of the country coming home to this fantastic customer service is heart warming! Rene was fantastic from start to finish, Mark the owner was just as good! They all were very Military friendly, and Patriots. Thank you all for what you do for our community. You have earned my business for as long as I’m here. I went in today. They were very nice. Very polite. Very helpful. If I had a complaint, it would be that it is hard to read their sign from the road.

A lot of the complaining is due to the signs in front of the business. I am personally of the opinion that business and politics shouldn’t be mixed. However, I was there a product. The sign did not bother me. No one said a single political thing to me.

I do think some of the reactions show how far some groups will go to damage those who happen to not agree with them. That is quite sad.
