Dominic's Deli, Daytona Beach FL

I have been a frequent diner at your restaurant since you opened. But recently, I purchased a Roast Beef sandwich and was charged a premium above the regular sandwich price that has gone up again to $9.90. There was no indication on your board and when I inquired about it, the counter server seemed to not really have a good answer. She did give me my money back when I asked to see a Manager. Also, why are you soliciting for tips at the counter when we purchase something. Don't you pay your employees to to do their jobs. I resent the fact that they are asking for tips for no reason. I think I will be looking for another place to have my lunch in the future.

I ordered a BOWL of chili for take-out. What I received was a 12 ounce CUP of mediocre tasting chili. I asked, & they said that was a bowl. The prices on their to go menu are cheaper than on the menu board. Obviously they raised the prices & did not update the to go menus. I cannot speak for the subs, but if this chili is any indication of the quality of food... I am very disappointed.

Wow! These guys can make a sandwich! The servings are big. None of us were able to finish our sandwiches. We got the Mambo Italian, French dip, and Chicken pesto. All were well made and done quickly. A nice break from the outlets.

Great food but the staff gets more rude every visit. There’s a million places to get a decent salad and sandwhich where you’re not treated like an inconvenience for wanting to dine out

Santa Fe chicken wrap is terrible. Should’ve gotten chipotle. Cheapest ingredients not worth $13

Dominic’s is a great deli that serves both breakfast and lunch.

They have a big selection of soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches and desserts.

Ok this trip we tried the BLT and the roast beef and cheese panini.

Both were very good. Service was also very fast and friendly.

We will definitely be back the next time we pass through the area.

I came for dinner with my boyfriend trying a new place. I got the French dip it which barely had any meat on it and half of it was cold. My boyfriend got the buffini and same thing skimp on meat and partly cold. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote and felt I needed to vent about this. Not New York style at all.

They are fantastic here! The sandwiches are fresh made and taste lovely. Don't miss out on this place. Here goes my NY favorite bacon egg and cheese.

Self serve, food was just ok. Nothing special.we had 6" inch anthony special and pastrami Ruebin, both served with chips and a pickle. 2 ice teas, $40.

This is my third time coming here and my last. I built my own sandwich and there was so little meat I moved it all to one side just to make a semi ok sub. Spent $30 for nothing…

I just went in today 11/6 @ 4: 40pm, I was the only customer in there and there were 4 workers and they looked like they were trying to close up. I said hi to the person sweeping with no response and then asked if they were closing up again no response…the cashier seemed to be taking an order over the phone so I stood and waited, once she turned around she was the nicest person ever, she greeted me and gave great customer service! I didn’t catch her name but this 5 star review is for her! She really changed the vibe I was getting from everyone else and she deserves the recognition.

Wow! First time at this place. Me and my dad enjoyed our lunch. The food was really good and fresh.

Had a BLT and Pasta salad. Both were extremely dry and hard to swallow. Took the sandwich apart and ate the bacon. Could not eat the salad. For $12+ with drink, not again.

I went in here with my sister and 6 month old baby on Friday the 20th at about 3: 00. When we went in the lady at the front already seemed to have an attitude and was leaning on the counter but she did offer us a menu so we could decide what we wanted. We ordered 2 sandwiches both with no tomato. It was $30 for 2 sandwiches and 2 sodas. After we paid she told us they were short staffed so it might take a minute which is totally fine and honestly it didn’t take long at all! We ended up sitting right in front of where they make the sandwiches so we could see and hear everything. The lady that took our order made my sandwich and another guy brought them to us. When he went to bring them over he stopped and told her there was no buffalo on my sandwich to which she replied “oh I forgot just put it on the side” so when he dropped the sandwich off to me he didn’t explain “sorry when your sandwich was made they forgot the buffalo so we put it on the side” or made sure it was okay with me that it wasn’t on the sandwich. So when he walked away I said to my sister that it was kind of lazy of them to not fix my sandwich and just assume I would be okay with the buffalo on the side which honestly it wasn’t even that big of a deal I’m not a confrontational person so I wouldn’t have complained anyways. Also my sister had tomato on her sandwich. Well this is where the need to write a review comes in. Apparently the lady that took our order and made our sandwiches heard me talking about it and started yelling “ma’am…ma’am…excuse me ma’am” and i heard it but didn’t know it was for me but I guess it was cause she then stomped around the counter and walked up to me and said “I couldn’t help but overhear you.is there a problem? Do you want me to remake your sandwich? ” And I just smiled and said no thank you. She was extremely rude and confrontational about it and honestly just made me and my sister super uncomfortable… I wanted to talk to the manager but I work at a restaurant and honestly complaining to a manager about an employee gets you nowhere. Also I was nervous she was the manager and I just know she wouldn’t take the criticism well. Anyways the food was good so that’s disappointing but I wouldn’t go back just for fear of running into this rude person. Wish I would have gotten her name but I put the day and time hoping someone knows who was working then.

Came in at 5: 20 PM. They close at 6. They already cleaned the grill and you cannot get any Reubens unless they microwave it. They cannot do any cheesesteaks or anything that requires going on the grill. Food is decent but poor customer service.

My family & I have always been a fan of Dominic's Deli but they recently catered our daughter's bday party and we were even more blown away. All our guests were complimenting the food- Thank you to Pete and the entire staff for the delicious food and for being so easy to work with!

The tea was super fresh and delicious! We enjoyed the breakfast options but we really loved the skillet wrap.
