Domino's Pizza, Davie FL

Unreliable, this is the third and last time I place an order. Plaved an order and after 30 plus minutes they canceled the order.

The pizza order was terrible, my order never arrived, I called the store after 1 hour of waiting and they said they would send them to me and they would refund the money, but nothing, they did not send me the pizzas and they did not refund the money, I am very Upset, it was a scam, I do not buy more in domino pizza online, I am trying to contact the store again and they do not pick up the phone. I need answers and they give me my money back.who responds for this error?

No one answers the phone. Pizza was out of the oven at 8: 30 and delivered at 9: 35. Im done with Dominos.

This location takes your order, doesn't prepare or deliver it, and then doesn't answer their phone.everyone please report them to domino's corporate.you will literally have to chargeback through your bank over this.the location is totally non-compliant.

I copied and paste from the previous review, because it happened exactly the same to me today on the Father’s Day, Worst Domino's I've ever dealt with! Someone needs to report them to the city and state for enforcement. I ordered delivery and the app said it was delivered but nobody came to my door. I even verified with my video doorbell! After waiting another 30 min I called the store and they never answered. I called another 4 times, each time waiting on hold for at least 10 minutes, and nobody answered. This is a complete scam of a pizza joint! I've reported them to Domino's corporate as well.

The customer service is the worst. They never answer their phone. Delivery time is no joke 2-3. Hours, you literally have to call them otherwise they forget the order. Extremely rude people, the pizza stone cold

Pizza is delicious as always. I would like to see the store make effort to protect my health by adding a plexiglass shield at the counter. The staff did wear masks, but they prepared the pizza with no gloves. Please take every precaution available to protect your customers and staff.

My food is always hot.cooked right.not a mistake yet.and it saves me from cooking dinner lol.the app is easy to use and I like that I can see when my order will arrive.the delivery drivers are very nice and follow social distancing.thank you for all you do.

This place was horribly staffed, bad attitudes all around except for the cashier. Gloves were not used, especially in the midst of a pandemic. Long wait to pay for a box of lava cake.

Hmmmm gloves. Yeah I can see that that - but I have 2agree with the other reviewer - can't understand why this store only gets a 3 star overall bc Ive never gotten a bad pizza there - everytime its made the way I requested it. And Tiana (a new mgr there) was really gr8!

I can understand ppl having an issue with using no gloves in this corona situation. Although if they did gloves it would have to be like Subway - & they'd absolutely have to put new ones over the old ones? (or change out for new ones entirely) if they stopped to use the phone or touchscreen.

Still - that isnt a reason to strike off their individual rating because *thats* a situation that *only* corporate can fix.

So to change that we gotta start calling the 800 corporate customer service number & complain.

This specific location is notorious for marking that the pizza was delivered when it isn’t just because they need to mark that it was delivered within 30 minutes. It’s really annoying.

Food was honestly commercial worthy. Last time was really good, too. However, this time was pretty ridiculous. It was perfect (am I on the Truman show?) Whole pizza was gone pretty quick and we normally doesn't not eat it all. This Domino's deserves way more than 3 stars.

Avoid this store like the plague. Ordered an online meal and it auto was placed here.not only did they never pick up the phone when I tried to follow up but the order simply never came. No explanation, no nada.

I ordered a large pizza 2sandwiches and garlic bread bites the pizza is cold and the bread is stale on my sandwiches they also forgot my garlic bread bites they are not answering the phone

The tracker is never accurate, they take about 20-30 minutes longer than it says they will. They have also messed up my order 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered. Its awful

Used about once or twice a month. No issues. Place order online. Ready on time and ready quick. Food always hot and fresh and tastes great

Food came on time the tracker worked great the delivery driver was rude first off he pulled up into our driveway like this was a club he had the music banging so loud my windows were shaking scared all my animals and my kids then he was rude when we open the pizza there was no cheese on it.there's no point in complaining because once you go through all that you don't want any more food

Don't waste your time ordering here. I ordered online and received the confirmation even a text message saying that my order was ready. My husband went to pick up the order (waiting in the store for 25 minutes) and they didn't have it ready, called the store to speak with the manager (no manners or costumer service at all!). NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered online for delivery, 20 minutes later they called to advise me that the delivery would be about 2 hours.
If I wanted it in 2 hours I would have never wasted my time ordering, tipping, and paying in advance.
Never again!

If I could give no stars I would. These people left a person without their dinner because of their driver’s poor lack of direction! I have ordered different times before and they had come to that same address previously even tho I will say that every time I order online it gave me a 23-30 min wait and always took over and hour to arrive! Very very un happy with their service!
