Domino's Pizza, Vero Beach FL

They are very efficient and always consistent. I have always preffered doninos pizza over the other chains. No brainer decision here

This place is horrible and the manager Pablo is rude I placed an order my food was cold the delivery driver was rude as well and my food was very nasty I asked to speak to somebody over him and he hung up the phone on me, my son loves pizza so I ordered often. I’m very disappointed

Absolutely amazing. I usually order Thursday thru Saturday.
But tonight I ordered Monday.
And such a great pizza. So hot felt like it just came out of oven delivery.

There is a worker here by the name of Cecil that’s very rude! Every time I come into this location and he’s working it’s a bunch of attitude not just towards the customers, but also towards his coworkers. I thought perhaps he hated his job. I’ve seen him as a customer over at the gas station across the street. The way he speaks to the female staff members is nothing short of disrespectful! How can someone wearing their company uniform display such poor taste to the public! Cecil definitely wouldn’t be missed if fired!

My 13 year old son ordered a $13 pizza the other night. I was at work and my senior citizen dad was babysitting. He handed the female driver a $50 bill and told her to take $3 out for her tip. She handed him change. He took the pizza and stack of bills to the kitchen. When he put the pizza down he realized she only gave him $4 back. He ran outside to stop her but she drove off. I called the manager, Walter, first thing the following day. He didn’t make it right. All he gave me was lip service and told me he would have to do an investigation when the employee returns. If an employee would take advantage of a minor, I wouldn’t expect her to be honest about taking the money. I will never order anything else from this place! My next step is contacting corporate about the shady delivery drivers they have working there. I notified the police department just in case this is something they do on the regular. They also don’t provide receipts on orders paid with cash. Very shady establishment. Will NEVER order from them again!

I have ALWAYS had great pizza from the 8th st location! Not one problem with them EVER! Thank you! However, the new location off of us1 and 58th is absolutely horrible. Sorry not sorry but EVERY SINGLE time we order from that location they have not gotten our order right not once! They also doubled charged my debit card once AND every person I have spoken to has been extremely rude or acted like they just didn't care at all. Horrible customer service! But keep it up 8th street! You guys are Awesome!

Order was incomplete when delivered, called to get reimbursed for the missing item and was told that wasn’t a option. They could write my name down on a list and I’d get the item next time I called in a order or I could have the missing item delivered right then & at that point I didn’t want it anymore.

I will say this locations pizza is always good, I am just annoyed reimbursement apparently isn’t a option at a national chain for a paid item I didn’t receive (on top of paying a delivery fee and giving the driver a tip).

This rating is more specific to a delivery driver named “Ron” - upon delivering our pizza he made the comment “don’t forget your Chinese mask”. This comment was absolutely uncalled for - even if it wasn’t a joke. My husband wore a mask to receive the pizza as a courtesy to Ron. Overall, if I could I would request to not have Ron deliver to us - he is a poor representation of this location. My advice to Ron if he actually reads this - keep your snarky comments to yourself and be respectful to others.

The Best place to get pizza. I don't know about Ft. Pierce store but Vero on 8th st has ham now.

I am not a fan of dominos since the eighties. Over the years dominos has been a "regular" on my "never again" restaurant list. Last night I decided "one last time" I went to the dominos 8th street location and picked up a 12" pan ex cheese, ex sauce and onion and I give them 5 stars for this pizza.

The quality of the end food product varies by location, this is for the dedication, pride and skill of the employees. There are far more corporate chain locations despite all handling near same ingredients, unfortunately for us consumers turn out poor end product. No doubt I will be going back to this location for the very same with variation until I see otherwise.

They do a consistently good job in delivering a good pizza, wings, sandwich and the like. Always hot and although they sometimes forget the wing sauce it's still definitely worth ordering from here and enjoying a nice hot fresh pizza and wings

When it's too late at night to get "real pizza" Domino's is a reasonable substitute. We take it home and doctor it up with some Italian spices and olive oil and it's almost like real pizza. Fast, easy and cheap comfort food.

We haven’t ordered form Domino’s in a long time due to poor quality pizzas, but saw they had a curbside special so we took a chance and ordered 3 pizzas. They were over baked, the crust on 1 pizza had a big “wet spot” on the bottom and the crust literally was mush. The other pizza had sausage pieces on it when we didn’t order sausage on that pizza and all 3 pizzas had barely any cheese, and the cheese they did have was very thin and crispy due to over baking. The sauce had a weird taste to it and now we all have upset stomachs. We will NEVER order from domino’s again! It’s unfortunate because they used to have great pizza and they’re close to our house. But even if it were free we wouldn’t get Domino’s pizza again. Sad to have such a negative experience!

I ordered a vegetarian pizza on-line, the porches was really straight forward and easy. I attended Domino's and collected the pizza. On returning home and opening the box I discovered that the pizza contained sausage. Obviously I was not impressed with this, so I tried calling, but after selecting the appropriate options, no one answered. I then called again and used the option to order a pizza. I female answered and on explaining the issue she said 'I will transfer you to someone that can assist" and shortly after the line went dead. I was now very unimpressed with Domino's. I drove back to Domino's, explained the situation to two females members of staff and one told me I ordered sausage. The other female checked the order and said, 'No, we made the mistake". I was told to wait whilst they made another. Approximately 15 minutes later I received the correct pizza and the female that handed it to me made no apology or offered any type of recompense. I was totally discussed with the staffs attitude and the fact that they accepted no reasonability for their error. Domino's you seriously need to provide staff training as your customer services has a lot to be desired.

Delivery.thanks for cold pizza.again. Unbelievable for a national chain that puts their pride in quality. Probably 3 of our last 5 deliveries have been cold.

The pan pizza is better than I expected, I definitely recommend it over Pizza Hut. I am happy with the improvements with the menu, love the variety!

Have always loved getting my pizza from this Domino’s! They have always done a great job in making my families food no matter the time that I have placed the order. It has always been perfect and delicious! My son’s love their pizza the most out of ALL OF THE PIZZA PLACES in Indian River County. So in other words, if my kids are happy then momma will definitely be happy! Keep up the great work especially during these difficult times that we have been in. All the small things add up and do not to unnoticed at least not by me. Food service can be very hectic and not many people can handle it but from all that I have seen Y’ALL ARE THE BEST AND Y’ALL ROCK! Keep up the great work!
