Domino's Pizza, Tampa FL

Had ordered 3 pizzas they said 30 minutes so I went when I got there they said another 45 minutes so I left and they never refunded my money

Got my order on point, no complaints. I'm only speaking for the Fletcher store. Its definitely worth it.

Waited 4 hours for a pizza just to be told that it was delivered to someone else 5 blocks away. Careless drivers and even careless staff. Idk how you get my address that wrong but they did. Jesus christ.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 2 hours for two pizzas. Driver arrived and was overwhelmed. Even went to the store to try to just pick up my food and was locked out and hung up on. Food arrived finally at 12: 30 am. Food was cold and missing banana peppers on one pizza. This is not acceptable and they will receive a phone call tomorrow.

Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The lady who answered the phone needs to lose the attitude or lose her job.

Fast, efficient, and low error rate. I've ordered a good 50 pizzas from this location and I've only had one wrong order in the past year and they were quick to replace it.

I can't think this company enough right now im on a Covid 19 site and no one will deliver food to us even thoe we are first Responders! But Matt reached out to us and worked out a drop off plan to make sure we can eat on these 16 hour shifts your amazing. Thank you

I love this place! I order so much pizza that I'm an expert and this place hooks me up every time! I order pizza for work and family and it never disappoints! The worst experience I ever had in my life from the worst staff specific the store manager and because of it i stopped dealing with dominos for ever

They wrote closing time 2: 00 am i went over there at 12: 56 and they said we only deliver its very wrong

I have had terrible experiences in this Domino's store. Many times having to wait up to 30 minutes longer than the estimated time. Many times the employees fighting in front of customers. Many times I recieved poor customer service.

As usual.delicious pizzas.the neighborhood.not so cool.it's right across Walmart, target, Aldi.so if if looking for good deals.plenty of options around.

Pan style is always full of cheese & fresh toppings. Their sandwiches, especially the Philly is great. The Feta & Spinach Cheesy bread is the bomb! Service is always on point & delivery is always quick & efficient. Staff is always polite & friendly.

Very late delivery, Dont order them pizza if you are really hungry. When I ordered online it says 25min, but when i called the store after 45mins the store manager said that i cannot give you estimated time. This doesnt make any sense, meaning it is fake promises you give online. Very bad,

I am literally in love with this location! I spoke with Renee, I believe it was. Prior to this interaction, the domino's app glitched and they sent out the wrong pizza! I called to let them know, they were extremely polite. I called today to redeem, and they took notes! I felt important, I didn't have to explain what happened! BOTTOM LINE, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE + PIZZA! Thanks so much

This particular Domino's is our pizza Heroes delivery drivers are very courteous and polite on time and our orders have been right almost all the time once or twice there was a mishap but they were quick to remedy the problem

Very bad service. Last time I asked for 32 breads and they brought just 16 and every time they forget to bring dippings.

I order from this location often and occasionally have been dissatisfied.tonight I ordered a well done pizza that definitely was not and barely cut through.also had sausage I did not order. I give them 2 stars and not 1 because they were early but come to think of it, it's because it wasn't fully cooked.disatisfied loyal customer
