Domino's Pizza, Naples FL

We order online every Monday, because dinner has to be quick. They have done a pretty good job. No complaints.

I've ordered from this location for the last time. The quality of the food is good (its Domino's), however, I've received the wrong pizza toppings on multiple occasions and you can tell the store is understaffed. I understand workers are hard to come by today, yet I placed an online, delivery order today and waited just under an hour before receiving a phone call from the store telling me they could not deliver my order due to being "slammed on deliveries and only having one driver" but I could come pick it up in store. That call should have came instantly after my order was placed. Keep in mind, my estimated delivery arrival was 20-35 minutes after my order was placed, yeah, right. Like I said, that was my last time ordering from this location.

The worst store, I waited almost 2 hours for a pizza that never arrived and the worst thing was the employee who answered my call and why did he bother for me to tell him that if the pizza would arrive tomorrow, he told me in that moment that because of that comment he now canceled my order and he hung up on me.disrespectful thieves, why did they steal my money and cancel my order, I never buy in that store again in my life and someone You have to take responsibility for this lack of respect.mediocre pizza dominos

The service was good! Pizza and pasta were ready fast! It’s one pf the few places opened late night in the area, which is very convenient! I appreciate a lot this guys are working late night.

Ordered online they indicated price of $14.06 when got to pick -up.counter they said $15.77. Also worst pizza from dominos I ever had. Bottom was burned and cheese tasted old. Usually purchase from Dominos and pizza is pretty good.

We have order from this place several times through the las 4 years. I have an account and there is a record of this orders. Last time I order a few days ago, 2 of the items I order were missing, unfortunately I was not home when delivery happen so I could not verify that the order was complete.

When I got home I notice this but I forgot to call and complain.

I call a few days later just so they can put a note and May be send them next time we order or anything to compensate for the mistake. Unfortunately the person on the phone was very rude and disrespectful, he said he could not do anything to help since I did not call right away and talked in a very entitle way.

Considering I have never ever complain in the past about how the pizza as cooked or any small stuff, this time I think is worth leaving a review because this is not a good costumer service at all, mostly to loyal costumers.

They definitely lost one, not that they care but just be aware. Call right away if you don’t want to be mistreated by the employees in this establishment.

Absolutely digusting! Pizza was not baked. We received a completely raw pizza then we called to inform them about it, he hung up the phone on us. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. We brought the pizza back and ask for a refund and ofcourse the employee was nasty about it. Do not order from here. Absolute trash

If you enjoy ordering your pizza in a timely fashion then don't order Domino's.
It took me 30 minutes just to order. Woman barely spoke English

Not usually our first choice but it was and most other places were closed. The Pizza was delivered to our home quickly and was still piping hot. For a chained pizzeria my expectations were met

Ordered a pizza and wings online and waited the requested time. When I went to pick it up at 6: 30 on Monday the door was locked. A nice man came and let us in and told us that he cannot cook pizza and he was the only one there. The manager wouldn’t be there for maybe 15-20 minutes but he wasn’t even sure about that. We said about an hour? And he had no idea. I understand staffing issues but the least they could do is call or cancel the order before we drove all the way there. Now I have to wait 2-5 days for the money to be refunded on my card and got no food.

This Domino's is the best ever! We were driving around for an hour looking for food after a super long 13 hour work day after cleaning up the mess from hurricane Ian. We got turned around from every fast food place and restaurant. But this Domino's came in cluch! They made us a pizza and some wings and a sandwich and a bottle of sprite. We appreciate it and you guys! You are so awesome. Me and my coworker appreciate you guys beyond belief. You literally made our day/night! Much love

They sometimes make mistakes they undercook your pizza or they purposely put to much of an ingredient to what it seems like frustration but whats worse is that they won’t fix these problems so if you call and let them know they won’t even let you talk to the manager. Just avoid this location the they don’t care about quality they just want to rush orders. If I could do zero stars I would.

Pizza was delish! Head manager was sweet and she had a very nice smile. This is definitely one of the cleaner pizza places in naples. The family and I sat inside and ate because of how well kept the place was. Recommend 10 out of 10.

I wish I could give zero stars. Hands-down the absolute worst Domino’s of all time. Marco the manager he was so rude that I cannot believe he has a job. I’ve never been spoken to so horribly - I will be calling the franchise owner of this location and the district mananger advising that if they want to continue to employ someone so trashy and rude they will lose many more customers. Making pizza just isn’t that hard and being polite is even less difficult. Especially to paying customers.

I had not been to a Dominos in a few years.
I won't rush back, but I may go back in a few months.

Ordered 2 pizza's today. Arrived at the store to find only one young woman working. She was working the entire store. She had to greet customers, answer phones, make food, box food. She couldn't finish one thing without the phone ringing. Never felt so bad for anyone ever. She busted her butt trying to get the job done. Where was management? WHERE was ownership? Think twice before you order from this store. If ownership and management feel keeping the store open is more important that this young woman's safety or customer satisfaction, I strongly suggest they close doors.

Terrible. Ordered 5 pizza’s for my 4 year olds birthday party and they all came delivered, scrunched up in the box. See pictures below. Also, I told them that I wanted them cut into smaller slices and they gave us huge slices. From what we salvaged, the pizza was cold and did not taste good. Biggest waste of $100.
