Domino's Pizza reviews
19I placed my order at 606 and at 621 a SMILING worker was bringing my pizzas. One minute when it said it was ready.and he was worried I was waiting! This is the fastest pizza place ever and the workers are so nice. The crust is just so perfectly cooked and seasoned. Thank you for the work this location is doing I had stopped buying Dominos for a long time but the quality and service I am sticking with this location!
Had an issue with my order at this Dominos and it was frustrating. Have to admit the General Manager Allen is a stand up guy. After talking with him he made it right.
Never get the order right, sometimes even after the second attempt. Always 2 hour plus wait.
Slow, online gave a time to pick it up.they still needed another 20 min. For the pizza to be pretty bad
The wait time was only 30 40 minutes it took over an hour to get a cold pizza and a hot soda so I just wasted $20 I'm glad the driver didn't take the tip I left at the door for her you need to get a new one I watched from the tracker it was like she didn't know where she was going
My first time in over 20+ years. I am a die hard pizza hut faan.
Domino's certainly surprised me, they have come a long way.
It used to be so much better. After the new owner took over, delivery fees went up making it harder to tip the drivers. Everyone is feeling financial strain these days and it all rolls down hill to those of us who are struggling to survive.
One time when I went to pick up car side delivery, they gave me the wrong pizza. I had to come all the way back to get the right one. There was no compensation for my gas or time. Not only that, but the last two times I ordered the marble brownie, it has been undercooked and gooey. I spoke with the manager about it and she said they had changed the recipe. Ok… Did she offer to compensate for my dissatisfaction? Nope… even as I continued to talk about how unsatisfied I was and concerned that others would feel the same way. Her only suggestion was to let them know I wanted it cooked a little longer. I always order through the app. There is no option for that. I shouldn’t have to call in every time and wait on hold to ask them to properly prepare a dish. If you know the recipe change causes an issue, FIX IT! Who wants an undercooked brownie? ! ️
Why is it becoming okay to underserved your customers? Did you forget that we can make or break you? I can choose not to use this location, so that is my only solution.
So I got a medium pizza at Domino's today not very happy lot smaller than they used to be and a lot more expensive than they used to be over $13 not very many pepperoni on the pepperoni half and very salty not very happy.
Location looks great and the employees are great as well, sadly the pizzas aren't, at least the one I ate.
I order here all the time. But tonight a young lady Wendy went over and beyond for my family and I and I want her to know I really appreciate it. Thanks to all of you.
Long story short, They tried to serve me cheese bread that fell on the floor! Had I not been there to see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it myself! The guy dusting the cheese bread off didn't know i was a walk in customer and that was my bread! He boxed it up and everything! Then the girl getting pizza out of oven was stuffing her mouth full of brownie while working on cutting my pizza! All I wanted was a quick easy meal for my family while we were visiting Clearwater before we headed back home from our vacation. Ill never visit this place again!
I just had the worst experience on the phone trying to order ever. They just don't care at all and there was literally screaming child in the background in the work area. It was so bad in had to cancel the order and just abort mission. I'm never trying to order from this place again.
Food is usual okay for fast food pizza, however I came in the guy who was handling phones then went over and started prepping dough and refilling cheese etc. Very unsanitary and gross
This was my second time going to this particular Domino's location on Myrtle. And the three employees that were in the store at the time when I walked in. They were portraying the most excellent customer service I've experienced of any pizza place I have gone to for a carry-out order prior to tonight! The older gentleman what is very friendly and had the perfect personality to start any conversation. While giving the utmost attention to detail. The young lady who is working the cut table station was paying very close attention to the pizzas coming out of the oven while at the same time making sure that she was cutting the pizzas properly and boxing them in a timely fashion. And she was doing this so well that at one point it almost looked like she was cutting and boxing the pizzas faster than the speed of light and with the attention of an eagle! The younger gentleman who was making the pizzas again was paying the very close attention to detail and had a very personable personality. These three employees worked like a very well together like the perfectly-formed cohesive unit! I will definitely be going back to this location because of how awesome of an experience it was tonight!
With respect,
Security Officer Williams
If I could do 0 stars I would! I didn't receive what I paid for called them to let them know. I was told they would send the delivery driver back, which I had already given a $10 tip on a $40 order! It never happened and I will never do business with this place again!
First time ordering ahead at this location, but it was on the way
home. There's nowhere, when ordering online, to write anything,
so I figured I would just ask when I picked it up. All I needed was a
side cup of Alfredo sauce. Before I finished my sentence, the chef
working cut me off and said "No, we DO NOT do sides of Alfredo"
then I offered to pay for it, because I wasn't expecting it to be free
anyway. Still was told no in a stern voice. The store had no other
customers in there. Busy with orders or not, he was beyond
disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Two stars because my food
was ready and hot. Thank goodness for that. Will not be back.
RUDE. Of course there's not a name on my receipt.

general respect?
Website said they were open, I ordered food. Took my money then cancelled my order. I called restaurant and someone answered them hanged up. I recalled and the call kept going to voicemail.
The pizza was good, I got pepperoni and sausage. I asked for a free two liter and the person working said no becuase his boss was not there to approve. That kid deserves a raise. He would have deserved a raise if he was generous as well. He was very professional and handled the uncomfortable situation of me wanting a free soda with my pizza extremely well. I would go to this dominoes again.
I love the pizza here. I'm gonnasay it is only because I grew up in 80's eating Domino's every Saturday night while watching movies with mom. It's 100% a comfort food for me.
