I tried to call in a order and ask about specials. The only specials That I was told were available we're only available online. I was in the parking lot trying to place an order. It's really sad nowadays that at we have to deal with automated systems. And when we do get someone on the phone you get very poor customer service. Your store is not busy. Nobody there but workers. Going to Pizza Hut instead. They have time to take my order and tell me about the specials. I will ho there from now on.

Used to be the fastest pizza place for me except for a couple of Fridays 2-3 weeks ago where it took 1.5 hours! But last week it recover it speed. Not sure what happened.

"Delivery Time: Approximately 27-37 minutes" turned into an hour and half, with the pizza sitting cooked for an hour of that. Theres no way thats okay, if you can't deliver in a reasonable time don't accept the order at all.

Worst branch with dimwits working! They don’t read the special instructions! Due to religious reasons I wanted Uncut pizza and they cut it! Made me wait 20 mins to AGAIN cut the order! I was sent back with a ‘sorry’! Unacceptable! Learn to read and follow instructions!

If you are closing early due to being "understaffed" then change your hours. Dont accept an order and then cancel it right after the fact and expect to have a satisfied customer. I might rarely order from here but highly doubting that I will ever spend my money here again. Bear the burden for 20 more minutes and you can see the night through, or close early and lose customers. Your choice

2 orders in a row were wrong. First order missing pizza, 2nd order wrong pizza. Then they marked me as potential scammer. I ordered there 3-4 times a month for over 3 years. They wouldn’t even send me the right pizza after I called. I will never do business there again. I even worked for Domino’s as an assistant manager and driver for 9 years and would never treat a customer like that.

They're great.i don't have to worry about ordering the pizza I want no matter how much I change the order.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I placed my order for a pizza and 2 liter soda and never received my delivery I also tried to contact the store and the manager AMANDA but out of all 8 calls made not even once did the store pick up! So I ended up ordering from anthony’s pizza which ended up being way better than dominos! WORST COMPANY EVERY

Very good service. They always get my order right and have it ready well ahead of time. Nice folks working there too

I order my thin crust / asiago /tomatoe thin crust for 12.99 every weekend. Order made perfectly EVER SINGLE TIME. Great team, and management. And delivery times.

I had my grandson go in to get the pizza to go with instructions to ask for some parmesion cheese and napkins. They told him he didn't need the parmesion because it was already on the pizza. It was not so.

I ordered a pizza, pasta, and sandwich for delivery. It came delivered hot and perfect! As always, I’m impressed by Domino’s Pizza. They even included my sauce requests and drinks. Sometimes those things are overlooked during delivery. The service was very quick to top it off! Thanks as always Domino’s Pizza!

Used the website to order and it assigned my order to the Oviedo store, the store cancelled my order after 45 minutes and sent to another store where it would take another hour to deliver my food. This is the second time the store decided they would not deliver my order after the website directed my order to them. Will not be ordering Domino's again!

This is the 2nd time there was items missing from my order.

I called dominoes and complained about the missing items.they said they would send someone with the missings items to my house. No one ever came back. I really like dominoes, Unfortunately this will be my last time ordering from that place.

Absolute worst costumer service, horrible attitude, entitlement, and carelessness. Raw pizza, cinnamon twists with absolutely no cinnamon, random toppings on a pizza, garlic bites with literally no sauce, and finally they don’t answer the phone and if they do they say hello then leave you on hold, or just hang up! Do not waste your time or money here trust the reviews they are right!

Absolutely horrible pizza was raw! The garlic bites were completely under seasoned. Also the cinnamon twists were undercooked and have no flavor. We called multiple times asking for a manager and we kept being put on hold, then when we finally got on the phone with someone she was completely rude saying how we are busy but the same guy would keep answering and then he would just hang up. Without even letting me talk she was like you can get a refund in such a rude manor one of the rudest people I have ever experienced worst dominos ever. Please don’t buy from here it isn’t worth the waste of time and poor and careless costumer service!

Placed an online order today in the Dominos app. It showed be each status in the tracker saying the pizza is in the preparation, oven, quality check etc and i had waited almost an hour and called the store to hear that they didn’t even started preparing the order and said they need 1 hr more time. This is reallt ridiculous, tracker is worst, no where they mentioned about this long wait time and we had to cancel the order. Worst customer service with dominos

I ordered the largest pizza this place makes and added the cheese it up and this is the worst pizza I have ever eaten

2 hours to get pizza. No update. Just said they were busy. No apology. Shockingly poor service
