Domino's Pizza, Gainesville FL

I've been ordering from this location for over 4 years and never have I ever been disappointed. Also no medical issues the gluten free pizza for a member of my household.

Ordered 2 pizzas for carryout and the cashier Kristin was wonderfully polite and had excellent manners. She not only confirmed my order but followed up with me on an estimated ready time, and the pizza was delicious. Fast, friendly, very clean, and hot and flavorful pizza. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is run by idiots. I pre-ordered 20 pizzas the day before and 30 minutes after they were supposed to be delivered was told my order was cancelled. Epic FAIL.

I live 2 miles from my nearest Domino’s. It took 1 1/2 hours from the time I ORDERED to the time I RECEIVED my pizza. It was cold. Driver was sorry.

My work place ordered pizza, chicken wings, and brownies. Brownies were greasy and raw in the middle. Chicken was rubbery. The pizza was greasy and cold. Stomach cramps and diarrhea two hours after eating food from this location.

I usually don't have a problem with this dominos, however (and I'm not sure if this is because of the individual store, or corporate), but the recent price increases on the food, plus the price increase of the delivery charge, makes ordering from here less and less attractive. It also makes people less likely to give good tips when you charge $5 for delivery (regardless of proximity to the store). Ridiculous.

Place my order at 1: 30pm didn't get her until 2: 48pm. Lunch hour already gone. Not a happy camper. Oh the food is barely warm!

I placed a order @ 1158 pm.not knowing they closed 2 minutes later. And when I showed up 30 minutes after, they were still waiting and food was hot! Thank you to the crew that waited and the food was amazing!

I will never ever order from this location they need to learn some customer service. I completely understand being short staff however that doesn’t give you the right to take to people any way. I arrived to pick up my order because the tracker said it was ready I waited another 25 minutes to get my other pizza. The order wasn’t ready so my other pizza was ready on time and it got cold. When I ask can he fix it, the guy was rude and had an attitude.

This Dominos is by far my favorite in town! Store is always clean, food is always made perfect. Haven’t had an issue ordering her for 2 years!

This store has their hours listed online, “updated by the business 4 days ago”, to say they are open until 3am, but their employees do not abide by this time. I went there tonight and watched them lock the doors at 11: 51. I have also, on multiple occasions, showed up at 12 or 1am to place an order, only to find that they were already closed. There is nothing wrong with closing at midnight, just be honest about your hours as they are reflected online. If you are looking to get some pizza at this place past midnight, make sure you call first.

The people that work here are some of the most genuine hard dedicated workers that consistently leads in setting an example of what companies should strive for when there workers work as team

Picked up a large pizza here. A small sprinkle of mushrooms in the center of the pizza, and dough was dry as cardboard. Sent out an email. Manager called me, told me that when I call the next time, there would be a $10 credit. Called later that evening. Employee said they didn't know what I was talking about and transfered me to another store. The other store told me they didn't have a clue. Called this store back and told they don't know what I was talking about, heard some laughing and the phone went dead. Then when I called back, it just rang for a while and I knew I was being ignored so I let it go. Went to another dominoes a few miles away. Pizza was seasoned, good amount of toppings, and customer service and timing were on point. Would not recommend this location going forward

I will never call Domino's again. I never knew that the 3.99 delivery change does not go to the drivers. What is a scam. It goes right into there pockets. One star for the driver.

Honestly sad, my pizza was not given to me. Instead of receiving my honest anchovy pizza on the left of the dish. My driver committed several traffic crimes, running many red lights and even running over someone's garden reflector. The worst part of this is, I witnessed for the very first time of my life. Death itself. My driver Ran over 5 innocent civilians, I don't know what the motive was, but I want a refund.

This Dominos is one of the best and fastest delivery stores i've had in a long time the people are very nice and the food arrives hot everytime and I have now ordered from there about 8 times in the last 2 months and everytime has been great all around i want to thank them for there awesome services.

Had problems with my order the manger would not stop until it was right even during closing he answered the phone re made my pizza and brought it to me thank you Allen your a great guy
