Domino's Pizza, Doral FL

I ordered online two pizzas on December 30th 2021.

This particular Domino's Pizza place used to be in a gas station and they moved to some other location, however the owners never changed their address on Google.

Even worse, the order-confirmation email has the old address. So, we spent 38 minutes trying to find the Domino's Pizza joint while calling over by phone to the store to no avail.

When we finally found the restaurant and tried pick up the pizzas they told us that they weren't ready and that we had to wait 15 more minutes.

When I complained about the delay and the problem with wrong address, the young woman in charge of the store shamelessly told me that "it was my fault because, I should have known that this pizza joint was a total dissaster. " I couldn't believe what she said. This was by far the rudest and the stupidest service argument I have ever heard. A lot of people were angry, complaining and cancelling orders because of the same reason.

If you want to be under-serviced and insulted by rude staff. Go to Doral Domino's Pizza. The worst pizza restaurant ever.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but this was the most heinous experience I've ever had with a pizza place.
To break it down, I ordered my pizza online at 6: 52 pm. I was sent a confirmation email that my order was received and was being prepared. Watching the pizza tracker, it was not put into the over for AN ENTIRE HOUR. It said "Luis" put it in, and according to Google, Luis was also the manager. I called the store 3 times and was never answered. Finally, it moved on to the "checking stage. " That took another 30 to 45 minutes. Alas, finally it was picked up by the driver, Drew, and on its way.
After making several other stops (I watched his progress on the app) Drew called me and asked that I meet HIM in the hotel lobby, rather than he come to my room. When I found him, I asked why my pizza was 2 HOURS late. He proceeded to argue with me and said I was wrong. Seriously. I offered to show him the emails and screenshot, and he didn't want any part of it. He just said I needed to pay for the pizza. Despite allll of this, I paid for the pizza and even tipped Drew $5. (I figured it wasnt his fault.)

Then, to my amusement, I opened the box to find the pizza was ICE COLD, and not even cut up hahah. They seriously didnt cut my pizza. I wrote to Dominos and they offered me a measly 2 topping medium pizza. People dont care about reviews, but if you read this, heed my warning. This Dominos, ran by LUIS, is a disaster.

1 hour and 20 minutes, still no pizza, no one to take a phone call, no way to get my money back. This place is a joke.

Worst customer service ever.

Took 30 minutes longer to deliver than the time that it gave to start, the pizza box wasn’t sealed closed as usual, the box was crushed, the pizza was cold, the soda was hot. Nothing good to say. Order somewhere else.

After a long day at work, I had the crave of ordering a thin crust pizza for my lonely Friday night. I then proceed to go online and submit my order with Dominoes Doral at 8: 27pm and after two long starved hours I finally receive an automated text confirmation advising that Norman and Anthony were handling this order. Shortly before the text notification I proceeded to follow up with the store via voice telecom to find out they close at 10pm. After 2 hours and 30 mins my pizza finally arrives cold at 11: 04pm. At this point I am very dissatisfied with the actual pizza and the entire process and transaction, I wish to have some sort of compensation in return to make up for this delay/accident caused by Dominoes Doral.

Very bad customer service. They are not offering online ordering and will take hours to pick up the phone in order to place an order. After I was finally able to place a delivery order they called me an hour later saying they couldn’t deliver and I had to drive and pick up the order. When I asked for some kind of discount or reward they were very rude and refused to give any compensation.

If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do it, I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and two pineapple Fanta after 2 1/2 hours waiting, pizza arrived cold, burnt with no sauce at ALL, thin crust and two orange Fanta. Delivery took some much longer than expected. I definitely do not recommend this place

Pizza was supposed to be delivered over an hour ago, their tracker doesn’t show any updates on my order, and n9 one answers the phone.
I waited more than 30 minutes and it says is to order online.
At this point I don’t know if my order is coming or not.
No email or other way to contact the store.
Never ordering Dominos again.
