Domino's Pizza, Fort Myers FL

Love this dominos but found hair on my pizza, maybe wearing hair nets should be mandatory because nobody wants someone else’s hair in their food let alone their own hair in their food. Please make wearing hair nets mandatory when making pizza.

Who do I speak with in regards to a refund? Got my pizza and it wasn’t done all the way and extremely chewy…. Not sure if someone took it out too early or what but my family and I couldn’t even eat it, I would of turned around but my 1 year old son and I were picking up my hubby from work and we figured it’s 6: 30 on a Sunday let’s just grab pizza on our way home, we’ll my husband works downtown and we live in Estero and it’s a good 30 minutes at least and we didn’t notice till we got home….

Pizza was fresh and baked just right price was just right also. I had previously ordered from a popular pizza joint located downtown ft myers and the pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard they tried to make it right by delivering another pizza but it wasn't much better, I'll stick with Domino's!

My coworkers and I have been ordering from this location for over 5 years now. Orders kept on getting messed up, from order details such as toppings or actual food items missing from our order. Delivery driver was extremely rude to everyone on multiple occasions and owner of the location was no longer going to give us plates and utensils when we always receive them with over 15 pizzas/salad/wings/dessert. It's a shame a long time customer that purchases a lot from you is treated the way we were treated. We decided to no longer purchase from this location or any Domino's location in general and rather order from a different pizza chain. Thank you treating us well in the past.

Probably the worse domino's I've ate from i will never eat here again no one deserves a tip

I do not know what has happened but I have been ordering pizza there for a long time this time it was just dry crust I called and talked about it they finally agreed to make me a new one it was not much better for the money I have switched

These people messed up a simple or that they couldn't read and tell the difference between Mile and plain wings I got all the way home had to go all the way back cuz this manager says well I can't see if they're not right or not. Like I would lie when you messed up my order and I can prove it so just give me my money back. My advice stay far away from this Domino's go to Papa John's right down the street from them. The manager will make you put your foot in his you know what.

Not sure what's going on with everyone else, but my pizza always gets here quick, hot, and tasty. They kinda cut them uneven sometimes, but it's Friday, it's busy, and it's not like I could do better. Honestly, this is the location that made me actually LIKE Dominos.

Our order was never delivered. Called the store to tell them and their response was to put me on hold for 32 minutes and never pick up again. Called the next day for refund and Adrian said the General Manager would call me back - that was 2 days ago - no call back.
That charge better not be on my next statement!
Could have been resolved easily - but now we'll never order here again.

I ordered and paid for a pizza. I have ordered online before. I never received my pizza and was still charged. Not once was I offered to have a pizza redelivered. I was told I would have to pay again and start my order all over. 3-5 business day to return my money.

Dominos is an extremely large chain and it’s shocking to me the level of customer service I received.

It’s not about the money. All I wanted was a pizza after a long week.

I will never order Dominos again

Nice Dominos. The lobby is big you can eat there if you like. You see them making your food. So its a great looking place.

More than once, we have ordered parmesan twisted bread and gotten cinnamon twisted bread that we are allergic to. All they do is give us 60 points for a free pizza. Swe we hsve

Pizza took 2: 36 to get to my house. We called when the driver returned to the store without delivering our pizza the driver left again and stopped at another location for 15 minutes before making it to my house. The pizza was cold and both boxes were smashed so that the toppings were stuck to the top of the box.

Worst Dominos I’ve literally ever been too. Delivering to the wrong houses, rude, doesn’t answer phones, dirty employees, smelly pizza boxes, terrible pizza makers. A disgrace to the dominos franchise.
