Domino's Pizza, Quincy FL

Hours are not always what they advertise in terms of open and closed. I also had several incidents where I purchased an order online and wasn't notified that they were not bringing the food. They just credited the amount back on my credit card.

Gotta say this is by far the best dominosive come acrossed that is this caring. Most of the staff is friendly and makes sure to have your food hot and fresh when arriving. Soon as the order has been received in the oven it goes! Red is a great manager and is always ready to give great customer service. I love this dominos location (:

This is the only Domino's I think for like 30 miles and they pushed on all through covid delivering as far as Tallahassee. Never had to wait a long time for my food and no one has ever gave me an attitude here.

Delicious pizza and fresh salad delivered very timely to our hotel, during terrible storms.

Whenever we crave pizza, we order Domino's! We highly recommend going online and looking at their weekly/monthly deals and taking advantage - it really allows you to have a pizza & movie night on a budget. We love the 2 Medium 1-Topping pizza deals with a 2litre of soda, it just hits right!

Domino's never lets us down! Rain or shine, we always get exactly what we want; hot, fresh, and fast! There's always sprinkle cheese and hot pepper packets in our boxes, and they've never skimped on ingredients and quality.

The few times that we've had to call with a question or issue, the staff we've spoken to have been very responsive and polite (though we've heard some stories!).

Double Awesome: Domino's Rewards! Each purchase gives you points for discounted or free pizza, and who doesn't want that? ! We'll continue to make Domino's our go-to pizza provider!

Ordered Pizza and Bread last night. Paid for dipping sauces and never got them. Tried to call them, no one answered as we were on hold for twenty minutes (before 10: 00PM even).
Stopped there on my way back to the hotel today and was told by the Manager I needed a receipt for the purchase.
One, you don't get receipts for online orders.
Two, there is a difference between an app and online order.
Three, I gave you the order number. Were you not so lazy you could have referenced that number and asked what my complete order was.
Four, you seriously think I drove out of my way to cheat you out of $2 worth of sauce?
Five, and worst of all, even if I had the receipt, I could of lied and just wanted to hoard Dominoes sauces.
You are some kind of stupid aren't you Miss Red (?) ?

Tuesday 7/18,2023, Dominoes Corporate was the 1st to respond and make a mends. They agreed it was handled poorly by that evening's manager, "Ms. Red" (?) and stated they would be in touch with the area manager/store owner.
They offered a full refund which I refused as it a matter of principle, so we agreed on a partial refund.
As always they appreciated the feedback. Great company, poor Quincy FL.management.

I began ordering from this Dominos about a year ago. I’ve never had a problem with my order. The delivery drivers are friendly and the app lets me know when they’re a few minutes away.

The staff is very friendly and the pizza was great! Thanks especially to Xavier for getting my order right!

I hadn't had this year's. Regret not sticking with my regular pizza place. Never again. It was extremely greesy to the point it made me sick after getting some of the grease off. My baby cheesy bread was burned. No thanks! Yall have at it.

Great food, awesome service, clean store and overall great place to eat. I just moved to Quincy and will be going there to eat.

Place was great. One lady working busting tail to get those orders cleared of the screen. Acknowledging me immediately when I walked in the door even though she was slammed. Need more people like this in the country! Lady doing her job to the fullest. True work ethic!

I ordered two pizza like I normally do and this is first time this has every happened. He left the pizza on the step in front of the door if you live in the Gadsden Arms apartment then you know what I’m talking about so him leaving the pizza made one of the pizza fall on the GROUND. I tried calling the store but the way it’s setup, it’s very difficult speaking to an actual person. I’m just very disappointed that he thought that was a good place to sit the pizza.

I dont even know how on earth you did not take what i said about one of your employees seriously.your employee xayvion ADMITTED to a friend of mine saying that he said that i only wrote that review just to lie and get him fired when that wasnt only why i wrote what i wrote and i was not lying when writing it too.and the fact you wanted to block me from writing another review just makes you look bad.how am i lying about what i said when i provided screenshots? Thats crazy how you decided to not take this seriously because you never know if he’s harassing his co workers or customers as well too because if he did it to me he’s doing it to other people too.i dont even know what he said about it when you asked but it was all lies because if you cared so much about your employees going off and doing stuff to others thats going to make your company look bad then you would’ve done more about it.if you still believe what im saying is false information, wait until more people come to his job about this.

We go to this Domino’s fairly frequently. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always nice.

Neat facilities. Friendly cashier. Order ready when promised. No complaints. Great experience. Will return.
