Domino's Pizza, St. Petersburg FL

I have never eaten here, but they are extremely rude and immature on the phone. It states that they have dine-in services online but the very rude boy who answered the phone very disrespectfully told me that they don’t. Just a word of advice, maybe update your website Dominoes. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Updating my review. I’m totally okay when someone makes a mistake but last night was a waste of time & money & it’s still not over. Drinks missing from order was okay, wrong crust was okay, very close to two hours late was not okay but understand the shortage of manpower.
I called requesting the refund for the missing drinks. The original payment was reversed and payment without the drinks wasn’t charged (so far so good). Then the original amount was charged again! In other words we paid $71 plus cash tip (yes i tipped) for one pizza & garlic knots lol. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, WHEN DOES IT END!

Delivery is horrible. Always a excuse when you call this location. It's either the driver can not find your location and went back to the restaurant with your order or the drivery person states your order was delivered.forgot your order. No communication from this location I have to reach out to them and was told the driver forgot my order but was told my order would be hot once I received it. Once I finally received my order as expected my order was cold. Something to top the up coming year with. Stop offering delivery.

Tried the stuffed cheesy bread, it was good even though it wasn't stuffed the way I predicted. Maybe I'll try extra pepperoni and see if that satisfy me. Also I applied for a job too.

No complaints from me, ordered 2 pizzas for pickup, they were not and ready when I arrived. Took them home and had some left over pieces for breakfast next day.

Worst dominos I’ve ever had. The workers used all kinds of profanity. No respect for customers. NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Gross. Fast frozen pizzas zapped in a microwave to almost warm enough to eat. Flavorless food brought to your home an hour after delivery time estimated.

I have been here for an hour since the ready window ended. They gave my food away, told me it would be 10-15 mins 45 mins ago. And I have gone in 3 times to check. Each time it gets worse. If you are ordering anything other than a cheese pizza save your time and go to another location.

People here are so nice and the pizza is one of the best fast food pizza you'll find.

I ordered my Pizza at 5: 30pm and it didn’t arrive until 7: 55pm. I can handle waiting over 2 hours for delivery but the pizza tasted like it was made 8 hours ago. I called to get my $38.00 refunded but I was out on hold and I’m still waiting.

Do NOT order from this Domino’s. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I had to finish cooking my two pizzas at home because both pizzas I ordered were barely cooked and doughy, despite asking for them to be cooked well done. I also ordered loaded tots and they were soggy and nearly cold. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak with someone however the phone was never answered before disconnecting the call. Save yourself the disappointment and either make a DiGiorno or order a pizza from literally ANYWHERE else.

This makes no sense. My daughter order a pizza 2 hours ago. We tried calling and no one answered after an hour so we decided to do a drive by. The sign says open because it’s 1: 28 am & they close at 2am. Lights are on but no one is there. This is unacceptable I give zero stars but I have to pick at least one to post

For some reason the having issues with short stuff with drivers and i waited almost 2 hours to get my pizza and more products they selling.they don't even call you to let you know the situation.thumbs down!

Horrible customer service! Placed order on line went to pick up, order not ready. Asked about status, “ why don’t you put on an apron and help”. Was the reply! Don’t worry I’ve contact corporate!
I’ve contacted corporate and have yet to hear from anyone!

I forget her name but whoever I spoke with on the phone and in person is lovely! They were swamped from the 50% off and it took a while for us to get our pizza. I called to ask if I could pick it up and she gave me a free coupon to my account and offered me a drink, sauces, etc and made sure it was hot and ready when my boyfriend and I got there! I hope she has a lovely night she is awesome:)
