Domino's Pizza, Spring Hill FL

I really want to thank the manager on duty tonight and the staff at my local domino’s on northcliffe dr in Spring Hill, in my opinion they went above and beyond tonight especially in this world where good customer service and kindness is becoming extinct. Unfortunately the app glitched when I chose the gps option for for my location and when it picked up the house next door instead of the house I was at i was so tired having been working so much i didn’t even catch it. The neighbors next door decided to keep the food despite me going out and knocking on their door a couple minutes after it was delivered and the manager was kind enough not only to stay on the phone with me while I was in my exhausted frustrated state of mind looking for my pizza lol. He then offered to either refund or remake and re-deliver my pizza despite being very backed up and let me know it could he up to an hour or more longer we decided to have it redelivered. I don’t think it was even another 20 minutes and they were back at my door with my order. Definitely some of the fastest and nicest customer service I’ve had in a while!

I ordered $45 worth of pizza for everything to go wrong. The app is ahead of schedule. It told me my order arrived when it didn’t. I frantically walk up and down my street looking for my order thinking they dropped it off at the wrong address. Turns out the app was wrong. When I received my order, I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas, 2 tatertots, and a cheese stuffed bread. I never received my order of stuffed bread. My pizzas were not what I ordered. I ended up with one deep dish and one thin crust. I should’ve went somewhere else. Please do better.

Please learn how to cut a pizza. Please learn when it’s half and half on the toppings to make it half and half, not a quarter of one topping and 3/4ths another topping. No butter, no garlic, super dry because of it. Like sheesh it’s not that hard to make a pizza. Paid extra for a topping you gave me less of.

I give a 5 star for the food. As for the tracker and updates a 1 star. It use to be right on time. Now it's way off and the text messages I never get 2 mins out. All of the employees should have trackers. I live 5 mins from them and it took well over 25 to deliver from the time the tracker said they left. I also use to be able to watch the cat leave and drive to my house. Please give a tracker to all of ur drivers. With as much money as you get update your system.

I don’t know what happened today but it was terrible… dry, not enough veggies. I always order here and today was horrible.

I live 14 miles from the store and you will not deliver to my house. So drop a pin is a LIE. I just looked it up 6.4 miles!

Some of the best pasta bowls around, made quick and they're hot. Decently priced as well. Definitely my go-to place in Springhill.

I love this Domino's. They are always on time and the food is always delicious. They deserve way more than I'm able to give at the time so I'm leaving this review to say thank you

Ordered extra cheese.sadly got what was definitely less then a normal amount of cheese.: (

This location has great management because the employees they find are always friendly, rarely are mistakes made in ordering, the pizza is always good, and isnt just thrown together sloppily. They have no problem w special requests. If you pick up your pizza there is even a place for your kids to stand and watch them make the pizzas.

People here are not so helpful. I waited a long time for my pizza just to discover that it was getting cold on the rack because they didn't hand it to me although they knew that I was waiting for.

I ordered the managers five meat topping special last week and noticed when I got back to my hotel room, they up charged me for a couple of the toppings! Because I truly did enjoy the pizza I ordered it again and asked them why they up charged me last time? They said some of the toppings I may have ordered the first were specialty items in red type on the menu. I ordered the toppings in black on the menu and they still up charged me after I told them you just did the same thing to me as you did last time! To which they replied, it was up to me to cross-reference black regular and red specialty duplicate toppings! I will never ever in the history of ever order from this dominoes again, due to their horribly unprofessional deceptive staff!

The cracker thin crust pizza is delicious and very Chicago style like (mine is easy cheese - no judging). Now the wings are good but all flavors need more sauce - hence the 4-stars. Sauce is key!
As far as I could see them making the food it all looked appropriate to restaurant health and safety.

I came to pick up my order at around 6: 30, their open sign was off, store looked closed.
When I walked in, I was observing all three people in the kitchen not wearing gloves while preparing food. The person I dealt with was very nice, she was stretching dough for other orders with her bare hands. She came up to me immediately, to give me my order. She handled money, and used the keyboard. After my order, she continued to stretch the dough without washing.

I did eat the food, it was delicious.

Great fast service friendly professional customer service love your company delicious hot food amazing stiffed cheesy bread best lava cakes ever my thin crust pizzas were made 2perfection. Delivery girl Bailey was very professional friendly & fast delivery great smile thanks again made my day

Went there to get a carryout.
Walked in through an unlocked door at 10: 01, and they would not allow me to place an order.
