I called to get a delivery order and the attention was really bad. One young man requested my information and one hour later, he told me he wouldn't delivery me the 4 pizzas I ordered. I've never got such a bad service in all the places I've purchased pizzas before.

Ordered online. Their page is very confusing when placing an order. (my 1st time) Anyhoot, I didn't order what I wanted. Placed a call to them and they corrected it. They did great. Food was hot & delicious. Will use them again & again. Service was great. Good job guys!

The food is consistently good. Rarely any delays with my order. I prefer not to go inside… it’s not the best experience. However ordering online is amazing.

Ok so we are talking about domino's here but as far as domino's it is one of the best I had the pasta was full of ingredients cheesy warm and delicious, the Italian sub and Philly was as expected we also got the pepperoni bread and it was as well as expected. We were driving through and needed a late night eat. When I went in to get the order the staff was friendly and helpful.

Never again. I have given so many chances and it never ceases to fail. Pizza takes forever and is cooked upon arrival. Yeah you get a free one if you complain but seriously? I paid for two. No more. Shame on me for trying again.

Let's just say that I had to call the store and ask why my order was incomplete. I ordered one pizza that came to me, not hot, but at best warm. I was missing my dipping cups, not the end of the world. But the soda a 2 leader of Coke was not sent. The driver was Wyndi, and I would not trust her to deliver anything. I thought it was odd that I could not see when she was coming as she has disabled the tracking system. Overall, I hate asking for refunds, but that's what I did. I will no longer be ordering from this location.

I'm a big fan of pepperoni pizza, and l've tried it from many different restaurants.
But the Domino's pepperoni pizza is one of the best I've ever had. It's the perfect combination of all the classic pizza flavors, and it's always cooked to perfection. Just look at my new photos have you ever seen a more beautiful pizza.

I have no idea how I can order the same pizza word for word AND THIS is the ONLY Domino’s that gets it right.

App doesn't work, go to website and error every time for past month, tells me to call the store.um no.don't tell me to email y'all either, this is your notification

Poor service speed, ordered a pizza around 5 pm and my order was not even prepared until after 7 pm

Looked online and it said this location was open until 1am (this was on a Saturday) and so we went to the store to order. When we pulled up and went to open the door, it was locked and when I looked up right before I turned to go back to my car- I saw a couple of the employees laughing at me. I was so upset because I was already embarrassed then they had the audacity to point and laugh at me! Never coming back to Domino’s.

I ordered a large pizza and lava cakes the day before this visit and picked it up, but tonight when I called they said that the lobby was closed and only had delivery, which I couldn't understand. So, I stopped by the same store I had been at less than 24 hours before and a lady opened the door and said the lobby was closed and that I would have to order delivery. I have no idea why they make you pay the $5.99 delivery fee on top of the driver's tip and any other fees they add on to a delivery order. I had already added a tip when I picked up my order last night and all they did was cook it and take my payment. I don't really understand why it asks for a tip in that situation but don't want to hurt anyone's feelings so I added a tip. But I won't be eating Domino's again due to this bizarre way of making you pay extra fees when you are already at the store and they open the door only to tell you that you can't come into the lobby due to it being closed but have to make a delivery order. I don't agree with companies raising prices and forcing extra fees unnecessarily onto you.

Currently work 3 mins away from here, so convenient but the two ladies that work there rude. The food is wonderful though.

Once again, thoroughly disappointed in my order. My tots & bowl were both burnt.

I'm about finished with this location. Neither delivery nor pick-up is worth it anymore.

I have a large family with many kids and our go to for our pizza nights is "Domino's Pizza". This particular location has given us some of the best customer care we've experienced in Pensacola for any food establishment.

I'm confused how this location is always no dine in or delivery from 10: 45 till close and you say curb side only but shut your online ordering down also.

Needles to say I payed for a pizza here already before and literally had a employee point to a sorry we're closed sign after I just order 20 minutes prior and I had to progress to threaten the employee to unlock the door and give me my pizza which he still refused until another couple worker got out there car and ran in and got my food which I had already played for on cash on site... Please hire employees who work till closing

We loved our pizza! We ordered a large thin crust with chicken, pineapple, bacon, extra cheese! It was so good!

Second time ordering from this location. Both times food has been cold. But this time around the delivery driver left my food on top of my trash bin!
