Domino's Pizza, Sanford FL

I ordered a specialty chicken bacon, Cali ranch pizza. When I got home and looked at the pizza, it was missing some ingredients. I called the store. They said they would give me a refund. It’s been three weeks. I have not received any refund and every time I call the store to follow up, they say only the general manager can process the refund yet they are nowhere to be found. I’m very upset at the poor quality and the lack of customer service at this location. So sad, do better!

Wrong order and the guy who answered the phone didn’t care of apologize. I told him that the pizza was left side onions and jalapeños. They put half half and why would you do that? He pretended he didn’t understand anything and said the receipt on their end shows something else, I have an email of the order I had placed. Bad way to deal with an upset customer. Everything was so dried on the pizza and we ended up trashing it. U even and they don’t even know how to slice it I said what my options were? ! I am not going back to them.

Located close to i4, you can only approach it from right hand turn and as you exit you have to make sure not to stay in the right hand lane as it turns into an on-ramp for i4. Otherwise it's a clean facility perfect for takeout. They just added some in store seating and a table If you want to eat there.

We have dominos Sanford 3 chances, even telling them our past issue and still fail. This is the only location we’re had this problem. When you ask for extra cheese as a topping, it should have extra cheese. There was some crazy explanation that the cheese is weighed so it won’t seem like extra cheese but it is. Huh? They are good in a pinch if you want something fast but no more Sanford Dominos for us. Side note, the kids working in the store were friendly and working hard.

This pizza isn't made right ever go to airport store. They seem to have better training on how to make pizzas. This store isn't it, they don't care about nothing.

Ordered online, pizza was ready when arrived, I think they was under staffed, just 2 people and looking for another they don't know if left or still there.
Apart from that as soon as got in he took care of me right away.
Extra star for that person, helped me with my gift card (sorry took 3 times to get it right), thanks a lot.
I will try to visit this place again.

These people are unethical. I placed an order around closing time. Long story short, I ended up with this nasty dry, thin discombobulated pizza. So I called to see what my options are spoke to a worker who told me the manager was next to him and was writing my info down to remake it for the next day as they had everything off. I told them I would keep the pizza so they could take it back. Called today, and the manager Tj and meckenley told me that they have no idea about this that someone lied. I told them I had no reason to lie. I asked for the stores Hm and was told they couldn't tell me and that they had no idea how to give me his info. Here are the pics of the pizza that deliver. Thin all over but the crust which was still raw. Little to no sauce and / or topings.

Amazing service, very clean and amazing pizza! Very easy to use the website as well. Very punctual employees as well.

Blamed failure to deliver curbside in their 2 minute promise on their technology not working but after assuming I had ordered from the wrong location. When I gave them a bad review on the app they called me 6 times within 5 minutes of leaving the place. I did not answer but manager left message saying she was refunding the money I spent on the pizza. Wasn't necessary because it is the last dollar they will get from me.
I won't even mention what was likely a major OSHA violation.

Pizza is usually good. You have to wait occasionally for staff to realize you are there. Clean/safe surroundings.

Ordered a pizza, picked it up and it looked great. Unfortunately I dropped it before I could eat any. Called to order another and they graciously offered to make me another - even though it was my fault! Went to pick up and 2nd time was a charm bc pizza was perfect. Oh and the workers (2 young men with great hair) were very polite!
