Very delicious pizza and very good service. I recommend eating there with the freshly made pizza.

Ordered a bunch of sauces for my pizza, dominos guy told me he was gonna charge for the sauces, told him that’s no problem and paid for the order.once I was home my pizza had no sauces, called them to get a refund for the sauces and they told me they couldn’t find the order which is impossible considering I was at the store less than 5 mins ago. Told me they couldn’t refund they could only give me store credit. I’m leaving the area tomorrow so that would be pointless. Y’all could’ve just refunded it easily I gave you the name for the order and the exact order details. Just give people what they pay for it’s not that difficult.

I ordered online for delivery and ir never arrived. I called them 3 times in 2 hours and every time they told me it was 3 minutes away.

Worst delivery, if you can name it as such. Receive a call from the delivery person stating he would Not go up because he wouldn't leave his car keys at valet. Had to go down to find him laying over the front desk playing with his phone and with the boxes, pizzas out of the heat container. So Also received the pizzas cold.

Stopped by for pizza. It was such a fun waiting time while pizza was baking. Jermiah and the other team were so fun and nice. My nieces enjoyed the waiting for pizza time. Will definitely go there for more positive attitude they had:) thank you guys

Waited for my order more than hour, after I called them they said that I need to wait for another 25 minutes.and tips they take in advance why do i need to pay for delivery and tips extra if i need to wait 1,5 hours for my order?

Whatever you do, do not use this location to place an order.
That was the worse service. The order was placed online last week on Monday (over $250.00). When I went to pick up the food the next day with the receipt, the lady in the store told me that the transition she thought didn't go through. I had to pay again, or I could not pick up my order, and the manager, Sean, will call me back the same day (on Tuesday) to look at all transactions and cancel one. Of course, no one called me back, and the first and second transactions went through. After several phone calls on Wednesday and Thursday, finally, Thursday after 5 pm, someone called me and advised me that the first transaction was canceled. As of now, Monday morning, the refund is still not in my bank account.
So please, use other locations to avoid any situations like that.
Unfortunately, managers/owners of places like that don't care about their customers.

The worst Dominos Pizza store in the entire United States. Every single time they are late and non-responsive.

If you want to be wrongfully charged twice and not expect a refund, go to this location. I placed an order online of over $200, the payment was processed, otherwise I was not going to be able to proceed with the order. I got a receipt that the order had been placed, paid for, etc. The day I had to pick it up, the person at the counter said that the payment had not gone through, that they had to charge me the $200. I then noticed in my account that I had been charged twice. I was told that they were going to refund my money. Days later, I still have not gotten my refund.
I called, they stated that the Manager was looking into this matter that he will call. The onsite Manager, Shawn, never called me, I had to call a numerous time to try to speak to him. Six days later, still no refund, I called, same thing was said to me, that the money is going to be refunded, but not sure when.

The person that answers the phone, is very rude, not helpful at all.

The lack of professionalism is insane. I will never order from this place again.

The girl taking the order wasn't paying attention or clueless! Just couldn't get the credit card number right, not to mention didnt get anything on credit card correct. I told her to add a small side of marinara. Didn't get it. Manager had to take the phone and repeat the order, and also left off the side of marinara.clearly she's too young for this job or just doesn't take it seriously.

We used the $10.00 online coupon. The cost with delivery for a medium sized 3 topping pizza was $16 instead of $26. WHAT $26 for Dominos?
Delivered in 30 minutes-However, due to inflation concerns Dominos should forthwith reduce the price of a 3 topping Pizza to $10.00 including delivery to get more local business. That is how Walmart and Costco became the biggest players in retail.for now.
That is what would I would do. People are very selective now, but still want a good pizza pie.but for a fair price.
Finally, The ordering app is very good, detailing status of your Order from beginning to delivery. Will the Dominos CEO take my advice? Hope so!

This dominos is a great location! I went to pick up my pizza tonight and it was a bit crowded…but your employee Shaq was really apologetic on dominos behalf! Great employee who cares about his customers!

Pizza always amazing especially the thin crust. If Shaq or Wesley make your pizza you’re in good hands.

Ok so where do I start! This dominos here in adventura is literally the best pizza in existence! Now some of you may think that “omg dominoes is not good” or “dominoes smells bad” but I think NOT if I would give it 5 stars u would give it way more. Please come to this place TYSM!
