Domino's Pizza, Orlando FL

About 3 weeks ago an order arrived at my home that was not in perfect condition and I didn't complain, I turned on my oven and cooked my pizza. But today 02/02/2024, another order arrived at my home with problems, we contacted the Manager whose name is Dakota and he was very rude and problematic and turned off the store's phone, I had to prepare my daughter who was already asleep, to go to the store and the manager Dakota didn't want to talk to me. A very kind employee was the one who gave me my money back, because the manager never said sorry.

Manager Dakota is not a good leader to follow, since in situations that he creates he abandons his employees.

Dominos is my favorite pizza franchise, I always order my favorite flavor which is MEATZZA. As for the restaurant in particular, it is quite good, just a little small so surely if you go at a busy time of day you will not be able to use a table, the staff is quite good and polite, I didn't wait almost at all for the pizza and it was perfect

I was greeted by Angel who after I told him I wasn't able to see the menu read each ingredient suggested what.he likes and took time and effort to make sure my experience was superb! Thank you

This Dominos never lets me down the night shift is always on point! Shoutout to them great customer service I order delivery a lot from here 10/10 recommend

I ordered 2 handmade pan pizzas that were just awful. Both pizzas were basically bread and a little bit of cheese. I've ordered this pizza before but this wasn't even close to being enjoyable. Barely any sauce not extra cheese like a pan pizza just terrible.

Ashley is the best service I’ve ever seen, she is always smiling and making us feel welcomed, she is so sweet and and I’ve never had this experience with any other dominoes. She is the sweetest person and best and hard working person ever. We love her

I ordered an order of delicious wings for half price and the cook gave me another order on the house. Great location food always fresh and hot!

Always a solid pizza. Fast and accurate orders. Don't go to the one closer to downtown (just read their reviews to know why)

Perfect pizza every time! Friendly environment. You can even sit at one of the tables in the lobby and eat in!

This location is clean and has a seating area for those who wish to dine in. At the time of my visit, they were short staffed and had only one employee taking orders and making pizzas. Kudos to her. I had to wait for an extra long time for my order, which I don't mind as long as I know I'd need to wait ahead of time. The Domino's Tracker should be able to give you this information rather than provide false expectations.

Amazing customer service! Understaffed, and the digital screen menu has zero pricing (so had to use the app to order). Despite issues, she works well under pressure and tries to make sure her customers leave with a smile. Impressed and appreciated.

Foods always great but I walk into this location ask for two pepperoni pies and a 2 liter and the guy charges me 30$. I didn't think to hard until I surf the menu again and seen 6.99 carry out.
And a whole 20$ bundle deal so I ask about it and it was fixed by the manager it seems and dude was getting outta work so I can see why he did just what ever.

No receipt or nothing.

I will not order from this place again. My order was very very late (quoted 28-38 minutes and it took 75 minutes). The person who answered the phone was very rude when I was nothing but polite inquiring when I could expect my order to be delivered. When it was delivered cold by an apathetic delivery person, we called for a refund and were hung up on. When we called back, we were told to “never order from their restaurant again”. Trust me, that was the plan, sister. They do not deserve your money.
