My pizza was given to the wrong customer.an hour later that pizza was returned.instead of simply telling me that, I sat and waited.they did give me 2 pizzas.one an hour old and cold and one taken out a little too soon. Tommy would not recognize the chain he founded

Really disappointed with service from Domino's. It took over an hour and a half for our order to be delivered. After a call to the store to inquire about our order to see where it was, Elizabeth had plenty of excuses and no answers as to where our pizza was. When the delivery driver finally arrived he said whoever have him the address was drunk. I usually don't write reviews but it was a frustrating experience to hear excuse after excuse for a lackluster pizza.

This location is great! My orders are always accurate, delivery is always a decent turnaround time, and the delivery crew is always so friendly and courteous. As I always put on the app, "You are my pizza heroes! "

Go some where else! I ordered 2 Brooklyn pizzas and 2 thin and crispy, they arrived over late and cold when I spoke with the manager he said he would give me 3 free the next time I called in or I could wait 60min to have then remake my order, when I called back a different manager refused to honor it. I WILL NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY HERE, as far as that new commercial where they make it right total BS! All I wanted was what I paid for! HOT FOOD!

I will put a star because I would be so rude if i don’t put any of it. The guys there are really and very very bad employees. I really hate that place. The app says it was ready 20min ago and when i got there it wasn’t ready. So they told me to wait 3min, witch isn’t a big deal if those 3min becomes almost 30min. Anyway. It wasn’t the first time but it will be the last. Never going back There.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Found somebody’s cooked fingernail on top of my pizza which was the last straw because every time I have ordered it has been absolutely terrible. Other dominos in Bradenton are much better! Needs to be shut down!

My husband and I have created our own Brooklyn style pizza and our local Dominos makes it to perfection. We do a garlic parmesan white sauce, cheese, spinach, premium chicken, extra roasted red peppers, feta cheese and shredded asiago. It is excellent! Online ordering is fast and easy and you can save your order for future use.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ate here last night and woke up in the middle of the night and puked my brains out I've been on the toilet all night and day, I will never eat at Dominos ever again this is the worst food poisoning ever. I'm missing work and haven't been able to eat anything I'm throwing up water.

Very disappointed. I have been ordering from Domino's for many years, and often consider it to be my favorite chain.
Last night i attempted to order pizza for the retail establishment that I work for. After over an hour of waiting, with the Pizza Tracker on my app telling me that my pizza had left 30 minutes ago (this establishment is less than 7 miles away) i called the store. I was answered by John, who did not respond to my concerns that the pizza would not be delivered before we closed. So instead of continuing to wait, I cancelled the order.
After years of ordering, you'd think you would get SOME kind of customer service.

Never give ranch cups when orderd steal money every time and get attitude wheni call and ask why they were forgotten food is okay but service is just so poor by people who clearly hate working there instead of taking pride in what you do

Ordered sandwich and the cashier was handling cash and change and then went straight to grab the dough and cheese without washing hands or using gloves I will be reporting to health department nasty will never go there again

Was told to pick up pizza at 7: 23. Arrived on time to be told they order wasn't put in correctly. Instead of making my pizza immediately (normal time 15 minutes), they apparently put other orders ahead of me. I didn't get pizza till 7: 55. I won't be back any time soon.

Pretty damn fast to me. Store about 15 minutes from my home, and always arrives less than 30 minutes after order completion. No complaints here.

Ordered a pizza and they didn't deliver. I called and hung up the phone. My card was charged.
This is criminal.

It took over an hour to get my pizza and once it arrived it was under cooked. The crust was so doughy that is was falling apart. The meat was so under cooked it was so chewy. I was also disappointed about the phone call ordering wait time.

Son called for one of our favorite Pizza's.
Two hours go by, no pizza. Son calls to get status, rude woman is condescending, still no pizza!
Going over today to talk with manager.

I work there now an work to make sum changes with the customer service an changes in the service inside the store I know how it feels as a customer an employee it's going to take time but it will happen so we can get the rating up

I watched the employees touch everything from cash to pens to cash registers and anything you can think of in a store then proceed to make pizzas without washing their hands. I told them to cancel my order and left. Management didnt seem to care about the HUGE health code violation. Dont go here

If I could leave a zero I would! Just got home with our pizzas and everything is BURNED AND NO SAUCE! I ordered a hand toss pep and cheese and it's not even cut! I also ordered a thin and crispy with bacon and pep. The bacon is burned to the point it is black, and ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE ON EITHER PIZZA! This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten. What a waste of $30.00 that's for sure! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
