Was pleased to be able to follow up with him on a holiday, and he gave me plenty of time.

Very Competent Doctor. He really knows what he is doing and can make a quick diagnosis, easy to talk to. He also has great staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ware for over 8 years! Recently he ordered blood work to be done by my next appointment. I arrived for my appointment Half Hour Early and all the nurse's and receptionist were there and saw me sign in. Five minutes before my appointment the receptionist approaches me and tells me that they can't see me as they no longer take my insurance. 8 year's I have been a patient, with many illnesses! I was mortified! How about letting me know that when you called the day before to confirm my appointment! I then proceeded to ask the receptionist if he could please at least talk to me about my blood work which I knew wasn't good! He would NOT! There are signs all over his office he will pray with you, well I pray he doesn't do this to someone else! I asked about the 9 prescriptions I'm on, 4 being heart medications and was told they will not refill any of them! I had open heart surgery in 2018, and they are needed! The nurses have always been a handful and rude, but I stayed with Dr. Ware because I thought he was compassionate. He would not even look at me. Well SHAME on you Dr. Ware! Your compassion as a doctor has gone completely out the window! Your staff is exceptionally rude! I have recommended him numerous times and 3 people I have sent to him asked me if I was crazy, they said he was just as rude as his staff! Good luck folks, you will need it going to Dr. Donald Ware!

Couple of years ago when I took my son to this doctor get him a check up and then a decided not to take him and out of the doctor own mouth that I can't take him and didn't give me a any reason why so if you go to him I find a other one yes I remember what went on when you said no I wouldn't take him.

Dr Ware is a very knowledgeable Doctor. He is kind and listens to me. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. Thank you.

Dr Ware himself has been generally good. Staff not so much. I’m entering my fifth day without my insulin. I put a request in on the 18th of May. It didn’t happen so last Wednesday I called and told the covering dr would take care of it. Nothing on Friday so called again. Nothing as of Tuesday the 29th. Complained to the office and was given number for covering dr at 9: 20 am. Guess what? 5 pm and still not at CVS. Guess I’ll have to wait till I collapse.

Great doctor, who is very thorough about your health concerns. He ask questions and then puts together a plan to meet your needs.

ALWAYS five star service. I think every doctor should have to learn osteopathic ways. Dr. Ware is so intelligent and I do appreciate him being my doctor for years now. He is also a wonderful person in general. His staff is great and will accommodate as possible. I found Dr. Ware through a friend of his wife's on Delphi Forums, then our group moved to Facebook, then I found him. Some things are meant to be. My only regret is this year, the year my son turned 18, Dr. Ware has decided to care for people 60 yrs and up. I'm 63 so I lucked out.

Dr. Ware and his staff are great. I have used them for my yearly checkups for the past 2 years. I love how they use the internet to connect with their patients. They text in advance to remind you of your appointments. The patient portal is helpful, and they are quick to respond to the pharmacy.
