NO! Never again. Received a written quote to replace four tires (The exact same factory recommended make and model). Next day the air-low tire light came on. As I was filling the tires I noticed they were a different model tire. When I returned and asked why they installed different tires, I was told that tire I requested was out of stock. There was no mention of this prior to installation. I found the tires they had installed online for a lot less money. So much for buying local.

Rubén and his people today with my truck did a excellent job i highly recommended. Come here for all of my tire endeavors and provide great service! Great deals and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! Ruben is great and super attentive.

They gave me an alignment and didn’t bother to tell me that it would have been useless to get because they said I needed to get a camber kit. If they had told me before I paid for the alignment, I could have gotten it all done for free by Toyota.

Also after they “aligned” it, I find that it started to pull to the left, tire pressure was still low, and the traction control light was now on.
They admitted they never checked pressure of the back tires, that when they tested it, the traction control light came on because of their wet platform, and that they rushed the alignment because it was the end of the day.
Who does an alignment without checking tire pressure? And why would you do an alignment if you can’t actually align it without a camber kit in my case?

I went back 3 different times, because each time I told them it pulled to the left, they adjusted it, and then it pulled to the left more than before.

How can it get worse, each time I go in?

Hands down! This is really really really the place to go. I was looking to get new rims and tires for a Mercedes and Ruben has spent almost one hour helping me with advice and consulting. He loves his job! By the way - All of that consulting with zero pressure to buy! I am deciding on the rims now and going back there next week to get it done. Thanks for everything so far Ruben!
