Donatos Pizza, Sarasota FL

Ordered delivery without realizing they use door dash. Watched the tracking and instead of the time going down it just kept getting later and later as the door dasger ran from one locatiin to another to puck up other food orders. Will not orger again because of this. If cant hire and pay dedicated drivers to deliver 2 pizzas yhat i pay $72 bucks for than im not spending my money here again.

The pizza and subs at Donatos are always great, but in addition to meeting that expectation, the staff is great here. The guy that manages it (I believe) is incredibly friendly and clearly cares about your customer experience. He makes the difference, and we return because we know we will be treated well.

We got the hot honey pepperoni pizza and cinnamon bread for dessert. Their pizza literally taste like a freaking frozen pizza and they just tried to jazz it up. The cinnamon bread was burnt so couldn't really enjoy that either. Waist of $40! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!

Good pizza, however a little tricky to find the location if you aren't familiar with where it is actually situated. It says Fruitville Road but it's behind establishments who are really on Fruitville.

Waited a hour for a salad ask us 3 times what the name on order was and forgot to put in wing as order by far the worse pizza place ever been to if u wanan call it a pizza place horrible service and time waiting on food is horrible dont recommend to eat here bunch of kids working

Manager at the Clark Rd store was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Enjoy the food from the Fruitville store also. Good work teams. Excellent experience.

Ordered a pizza…It’ll be there in 30 minutes… It’s been an hour. Just called… Oh… it never went out…. They see the order, but for some unexplained reason, it “just never went out. ” Starting over now… Paid for it an hour ago… it’ll be another 30 minutes or so. This was off season at 8: 00 on a Wednesday night. Can’t imagine on season.

The best pizza in town. Large selections of choices and at reasonable prices. Great service and staff.

Drove about 50 miles to get my Donatos fix aaannndd every bite was worth it

Store is very clean, organized, and customer service super friendly

Loved the pizza, hot and very, very good. The staff was very nice. We will be going back. Drove over an hour to eat there, and it was a well worth it trip.

We were so excited when Donatos came here! One of our favorite pizza places up in Indianapolis. It's been great every visit!

Easily the worst calzone I have ever had. People were nice. They put sauce in the calzone. No ricotta. The crust taste like a less sweet ritz cracker and the red sauce is like ragu with ketchup and sugar. I can’t eat it

Third time I've ordered from them. Pizza is never ready when I show up to pick it up. I had it delivered once and they were 90 minutes late. The food was cold and they left half the order at the store. Tried various stores problems everytime. I love the food but they can't get the service part right. I'm Done with Donatos.

Pizza was built to perfection and taste just like I remember growing up in Ohio. Staff was super friendly as an added bonus! Baked Italian sub was also perfect! Highly recommend!
