The culture there seems bad and it affects the service. The pricing has changed causing you to pay for individual items instead of a full meal

Very long waits sometimes and they don't take care doordash or uber eats they put us at the ending so we have to wait long times

This location has horrible customer service! They need to do undercover boss at this location so the ceo can see how rude and disrespectful the service is here. They never answer the phone, they argue with the customer just for asking for gravey and even when you door dash or Uber eats with them they give you poor quality service it’s ridiculous. Donnas good is delicious but they need to hire better servers.

Worse donnas location, the ladies in ther are very rude and lack customer service skills, look like donnas hire anybody, oh and the food is not that good! Highly NOT recommended!

Slow service, poor customer service, flies, doors to the kitchen area need cleaning and painting.

Breakfast is done before the door even opens. Very small portions. The lady serving the breakfast is very rude and slow. They changed their plates for the portion sizes. They never have any breakfast once you get there. Don’t waste your time or money.

Consistently good foods, soups and gravies, but always runs out of fritters and dumplings early in the day.

I order through DoorDash because the delivery was free. After ordering from this establishment, I can see why delivery is free. After placing my order, I’ve noticed whoever’s working there is not confirming my order. I waited for 5 minutes before calling. I called and politely told the person on the phone that my order hasn’t been confirmed. She proceeds to tell me that it is confirmed and hangs up on my face. After 10 minutes, still no confirmation and no Dash Driver assigned. I call back, someone picked up just to hang up. After reading all the 1 star reviews, I agree. Rude employees and not so good food. Never will order there again.

I love it here the food is great and i always get Doordash with them. The best food in the area, compare to Goldenkrust.

The food is good, but the portion served is very, very small for the prices. They need to do much better.

Not bad authentic Jamaican food. They've stepped up their food game & outdoor ambience while some of the competition have dropped off a little. No where near the best, but as for everyday/every week eating, and to save you having to cook one of these preparation intensive meals, they definitely worth a visit, if you're in the area.

The service has improved and love the staff that's there now, very friendly & accommodating. Way better service than the namesake business over Lauderhill. Haven't been there in awhile but the service there led much to be desired.

Out of all the Caribbean restaurants worse service EVER! Buffet has all the food and no and i mean 0 ppl sitting in to eat it. Yet when u order from the takeout side they say all breakfast is done.
If there's an in-house chef its first to come first to serve and replenish the buffet after that has 0 ppl rather than forcing ppl to sit and eat a buffet for $25 that they can't take home. First time in my life I've been to a restaurant and see 5 ppl walk out without food when there is all that food jus sitting in a buffet. And the size of the servings is a JOKE! DO BETTA.

Clean, quick money's worth of food. No always a smile but at the end it turns out Ok if your nice to the workers you'll get it in return.
