Worst customer service ever food was SALTY AF lady grabbed the food from me and ask me " wam you want something else "? With a attitude just because of that I told her I want a refund disgusting! Rudely put the money in my hand never me again! Zero

The customer service here is TERRIBLE.
The food is good but the ladies dishing out the food make you never want to come back. I don’t like ordering food then leave in a bad mood. They younger ladies are always annoyed, depressed, or plain act like they don’t want to serve you food. Hard to want to pick up breakfast knowing my day has the potential to start on a bad note.

Update:
Donna's has some room for improvement. I ordered a Mac and cheese recently and honestly, it is the worst dish on their menu, and I would never recommend it. The only plus was it was hot. The patties are never hot, when I buy them, and no I don't buy them in the evenings. I don't know why and they taste good when you reheat them, but if you are paying for a warm or hot meal, cold patties are never good. Their service is still great and their menu is diverse.

Patties are good, but they are cold when you get them. They need to work on that. The spoons you get with your soup are too flimsy and small for a large soup. Their soups are excellent by the way. The service is good and they have a wide selection of food. I'm not a fan of the king fish because it sits on my stomach, I think it's the oil, but it does taste really good, so maybe it's just me. Overall, I like the food and it's convenient when you want a quick home cooked meal.

Customers be aware of this restaurant! Not only will you get a strong dose of sub-standard and sub-par customer service, you'll get food that is poorly seasoned and presented. I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment today and was met with a rather uncouth and crass server. I got to this establishment a little after 5: 30 pm and given the time of day, I enquired what was available. At first no one responded, and when I repeated my query Tasha/Sasha responded rudely that everything was ready. After being served by another server (thankfully) Tasha/Sasha then engaged in a full on argument with two other customers who were behind me. This exchange happened in the presence of the manager. Despite the manager telling her to stop, this individual had no reservation in engaging the customers in a 'tracing' match. This individual has no business dealing with customers as she is clueless about what good customer service entails. I would also extend this cluelessness to the manager as she clearly has no managerial skills whatsoever. Suffice it to say, I will not be a repeat customer at Donna's Restaurant.

Online showed this location was open on Sunday. I drove all the way there and they were closed. At least 6 other customers outside were confused. Unprofessional business practice to not list your resturant as closed and waste customers time.

You might as well close this location permanently as it's giving the Donna's brand a bad reputation!

Never have I paid for a side that usually comes with your meal. I Was forced to pick between coleslaw or salad as my side. Then after picking salad for 1 plate, they didn’t even have salad dressing to go with your salad. They offer me vinegar in a small capsule. The same vinegar we Caribbean would use to clean our meat. I order 2 plates of food to share with my 2 kids and their mother, which equal to four people including myself. I was given 2 forks so I had to ask for 2 more. Then I ask for extra plates to split the food with my kids, I was told they didn’t have any or couldn’t give the regular paper plates. Customer standing behind me suggest the employee if they can sale the plate and she said no. You want to charge an extra $2.99 for cabbage and other sides but can’t even provide paper plates. The food was good but the service is horrible. Only came cause I wanted to support the nearest Caribbean restaurant in the area.

Customer service lacks consistency here. Today is my last day at this place for that reason. I want to feel good when I spend my money. Last week I ordered, the food was terrible. Today, I ordered via delivery service and they didn’t have what I ordered. I just wanted to move forward and tell them what I wanted to order instead and as a substitute, but the lady just wanted to be argumentative. Disappointing. We must do better. I have worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 20 years with my company and at this company I have never had, experience, or given questionable service with the clients and their guest. Good consistent customer service is possible.

They have one of the most disrespectful cashier's. After I ordered my food, told dem I wanted oxtail gravy on the meat, she's going to tell me I can have it because it's for the customer who's buying oxtail. Ok got it. So I ask what gravy i can have on the meat, she brownstrew. Ok find tell me have it, just put it to the side. She pure it all over the rice. I said that's not what I ask you to do. She start arguing with me and say I was on my phone. What the hell my phon has to do with your poor customer service

Hey my name is Mason! I visited this location in Coral Springs Flordia and my experience at this location was Customer service was a no no no the young lady at the front was very very rude have no idea what customer service is. I was just visiting from Atlanta Georgia i will not and i mean not recommend Donna’s Caribbean restaurant in Coral Springs to none of my family or friend's

They are very rude here and so disrespectful as I’m ordering my food the lady’s with no hair and the glasses says “ hurry up there is a long line behind you” and roles her eye I never seen someone talk to a customer like that. Called back to see who was the manger or owner and they hang up in my face they are rude and should not be working with customers if there going to be talking like that.

I have been going to this store since it initially opened. While the service has been steadily declining I continued to support them. Well after today its a permanent no for me. For one, the curry goat is 60% fat. Two, customer service is horrible, and down right degrading to the patron. I wii not recommend.

Horrible customer service! Never knew someone could be mad or highly BOTHERED because I took 3 straws instead of 1! You’re BLESSED to be even in business still because there’s a lot of businesses NOT in business!
