Wow! I’m loving it, drive through too, I asked for 2 small plates, one is curry goats with rice and peas and the other one is jerk chicken with rice and beans, I can’t even tell the difference between a small and a large plate anymore, they gave me food that will last for 5 days. They are friendly and polite made my day today

These folks read my order back to me correctly as if it’s actually going to be accurate when I get to the window. I get to the window, check my bag, only to see that they've clearly forgotten the plantains on my order. Needless to say, I should have just let them forget the entire order and asked for my money back, bc I’m pretty sure plantains aren’t supposed to be jet black with the stiffest macaroni and cheese I’ve ever seen in my entire life! I shouldn’t be able to pick up the entire serving of macaroni with one plastic fork.
Not to mention I ordered 3 different flavor patties, and was given 3 of the same. This must be the going trend for Jamaican spots in Broward, because Dutch Pot does the exact same thing. I can’t win.

I ordered this in the Uber eats app, when the driver got there they called saying the worker informed them they didn’t have mixed veggies. They gave me a soda in place of no veggies, which I agreed to. When I got the food it was missing the side salad, the plantains and the cutlery- which was noted. Definitely not worth the money.

This was the restaurant on 441 as I entered the thick lady in the back was so loud and making mad noise. She has no respect for her customers. The food was not made with love at all. Don't recommend

Bought some food request no salad or plantain when I check my order it has plantain hand it back to the server said she can’t touch it I must remove it I decline to touch someone else food the server lady at the drive thru take a fork take out the plantain and throw it in the drive thru
That was so nasty, nasty resturant server

A classic place, it is a franchise, the portions are really huge, the food a lot of flavor but not healthy, if you do not care about your health and want to eat in quantity I invite you to meet this restaurant.

If I was able to give 0 star I would. Very stingy with food, terrible customer service, the women there have very rude attitudes no matter how nice you are. If you want to customize your order there is an even bigger attitude. I feel this is the worse Franchise they have!

This restaurant was over priced. The food was ok at best. In my opinion it is the worst of the franchise. We bought almost $100 worth of food and it was blah and customer service is even worse. You have to yell over the loud music to order your food. There are two inexperienced young ladies working there with little to no customer service training. Don’t waste your time. Go to University and Commercial. That Donnas is by far the best.

Very disrespectful to delivery drivers. If doing business with third party services like uber or doordash is not beneficial to the company you guys should remove your restaurants from the platform but do not allow your employees to disrespect a group of people who are working. We're there for business reasons and money you make from doordash is as green as the other customer money

I buy some fry chicken there and I find a big roll of use hand towel dip in flour and fry up for chicken and sell I would not recommend no body to eat there

Ordered the jerk chicken with rice & peas on DoorDash they didn’t put plantains on my plate after adding it on the app. Stingy with the oxtail gravy and chicken tasted kind of fresh, they need to clean the meat with lemon and vinegar before cooking it!

After eating the food the food my stomach was so upset I have to get some mint I feel like I want to vomited I have a very bad upset stomach did not like that feeling

I really had to make this review.
This is not my first time ordering from this Donna and everytime it’s an deception. I really wanted to give them a chance, so Today I’ve ordered a curry chicken. The chicken is tasteless (no salt, you can’t even taste the curry)
I’m a big fan of Jamaican food. But that’s the last time I will be ordering from this location.
It’s just a waist of money.

It took everything in me to write this review. At first, I said to myself "I'll just never go back there" but after serious consideration I said to myself "how can someone know that their content/customer service is lacking, if it was not said to them directly. So here it goes! I have been buying food from your establishment for years now, and throughout the course I realized your food and customer service have fallen tremendously, I gave you all a break for about a year. Well, I went there earlier and to my surprise, change was made but (in the words of Louise Bennett) for the worserer.

I like this place! They serve high class meals, their menu is nice, The chef in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The food is consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is very good too. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.

NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE HANDLING FOOD AN MONEY WITH THE SAME GLOVES. COME ON PEOPLE USE UNO SENSES, WE ARE JAMAICANS. WE KNOW BETTER THAN THIS.
WEARING GLOVES TO HANDLE MONEY IS FOOLISHNESS. THE CASHIER SHOULD BE CONSTANTLY SANITIZING THEIR HANDS ALL DAY, NOT WEARING THE SAME GLOVES ALL DAY AN TRANSMITTING BACTERIA ALL DAY.

The fried chicken was good and so was the fish! The macaroni and cheese was dry.it cost me 2.00 extra and I didn't eat more than 1 bite of it.

Ordered fried chix and mac and cheese. Chix was good not great and the mac and cheese was cold and dry. Still dry even when warmed up

No customer service server act like im the one who forced her to work today. No greeting no nothing im mot from here just passing through would never stop here again.
