Had over 5 doors replaced with high impact. So grateful Donna’s Doors is in my neighborhood and they did a fantastic job. Kammie was great with answering my questions and Joe is just great with the installation and follow up. Donna you are a joy and I would recommend your company to anyone.

Worst professional experience of my life to date. They legit hung up on me and told me to read my email. They never called me to inform me of install issues when they didn't replace it on the scheduled day. When I called and left messages, they did not call me back. Stated I should have read their email. I did not give them my email! They never emailed me. I corrected them via phone. They emailed me while I was on hold and then told me read it, hung up. Install looked like a 2 year old did it. Gaps, holes in caulking. Dripped caulking all over my garage and walls. I received a dented window screen. Donna stated she ordered me one not dented. I never received it. To date. Awful experience!

Wow! We just got a front door with sidelights from Donna's. It's just gorgeous. The price was so much more reasonable than any of the others. The wait time was only 2 months, whereas others would take the better part of a year. The installation was thorough and professional. The guys cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to everyone!

If you’re looking to replace your doors, start here. I just have all the interior doors replaced and for a great price. Joe is great! He’s so nice and easy to talk to. Sometimes having people in you house has a weird feeling but I never got that feeling with Joe and his crew. He’s also very good at what he does and pays attention to detail.
