These guys are absolute pros from start to finish. Our technician Stephen was is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the system from airflow in duct work to the mechanics in the units. Instead of coming out and selling me a unit, he diagnosed my true issue and engineered a system that would best fit our needs. On the day of the install our install manager Tommy was hands on the entire process, even fixing issues we didn't know where there. These guys truly care about the quality of product they are putting out and it shows. If your looking for peace of mind when addressing one of the major systems in your house I would give these guys a call.

Brian, David and James did a great job installing a new two-stage unit, running new lines and fixed all issues. They went above and beyond re-plumbing the drain line from my heat pump water heater as well (I had it plumbed into the previous drain line).

This was an awesome customer experience from sales to install Aaron was awesome as a salesman, not pushy just friendly yet professional. We got a fair price and more than we had planned n equipment so it was an upgrade. They came out to my condo today to do a full tear out and install of a new system. They were so professional and knowledgeable, and they did a great job at keeping everything clean while they were working. After a very dissatisfying experience with another A/C service company, I was referred by a friend to Donovan's. They fixed my A/C after a very thorough inspection and suspected a leak that was not yet visible. I was impressed with their service and bought their maintenance plan. The tech put some leak detecting dye in the system and said it would show up by the next service. Sure enough, it did. My unit is old enough that I chose not to spend good money fixing it. Donovan's quoted me a very fair price to replace the system with a better quality brand. On both occasions, the tech showed up on time, was extremely professional, and respected COVID protocols. Best service I've gotten in years from any home service company.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. Brandon was so kind and knowledgeable when discussing my options for a new HVAC system. The team installed the two systems about a month ago and did an incredible job. They were here right on time and did such conscientious work. The unit looks great and they left the house so clean. I’m so impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and respect and I won’t be using anyone else for from now on, specially since they offer me the system with a maintenance package. The gentleman providing annual inspection was thorough and knowledgeable in diagnosing a major issue that required replacing our 13 year old heat/AC system.
