Donovan Plumbing Services, Hollywood FL

On 05/08/22 I called him and was told that he could not come. We set the appointment for next day but he never came or called.

Very unprofessional. He initially scheduled a 5pm appointment with me. I texted him at 4pm to confirm; he called stating he was exhausted and would come at 7: 30pm. At 7: 45pm, I called him and he said he would come at 9pm…by that time, I was not confident in his word and expressed that concern. He spazzed out on me going on about “bad spirits” and whatnot. It was a very horrifying experience dealing with him. The guy clearly has serious issues. Customer beware.

Donovan is knowledgable and great at explaining options. He was able to easily unclog my drain and offered some remedies if it happens again. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Good plumber. Suggested repairs that we found were needed in an older home. If not done during renovation they would have cost 3x as much after all was updated

Business being sued in court. Did a plumbing job at 1200 Hibiscus Ave, Unit 1701, Pompano Beach, FL, 33063 and created link damaging below condo. The had two chances to fix and STILL the problem was not resolved.
