Doodlebuggers installed a gas fire place in my living room and I love it! I've had it a few years and I use it during the winter months and have never had to use my furnace. And it works great in the morning to get the chill out
It's also beautiful to look at!

The showroom staff were very helpful in the design and selection for our custom outdoor kitchen. The installation technician was great.

I could not be more pleased with the meticulousness and attention to detail by the technician (Greg). He assessed that my roof leaked around the chimney due to improperly installed flashing and cracked caulking. He rebuilt the chimney exterior completely (with new flashing installed and sealed correctly), and replaced the fireplace inserts and grate. His work is pleasing to the eye, and no more leaks! I would happily use this company again.

Malcolm did an excellent job, was professional, personable, and provided a wealth of product information.

What a joke. Doodlebuggers came out to do a dryer vent cleaning at my house in March, 2021. They performed a pressure test on my dryer, cleaned my dryer, then recommended we get a new dryer. They couldn't clean my entire vent system because they didn't bring a ladder to access the vent from the roof. The technician said he cleaned about half way. We promptly paid the entire $160+ invoice and bought a new dryer a few months later. After hooking up new dryer we received signals from the dryer that the dryer was not venting properly. We called to let Doodlebuggers know about the issue and to schedule another appointment to finish the cleaning but they wouldn't schedule another appointment. I was super polite every time I talked to them and tried calling everyday for a week to set up the new appointment but they kept saying "we'll have to talk to scheduling and get back to you. " They ended up refunding my money and sent an email saying "Thank you for requesting a dryer vent cleaning service. We understand that you are wanting to schedule a dryer vent cleaning however, due to the dissatisfaction of the work we performed for you previously it seems that we may not be a good fit to do business with each other and have decided not to move forward. " I'm buying a dryer vent cleaning kit and a shop-vac from Lowes for the same price as their service fee and doing it myself. YouTube it guys.super easy.what a joke!

We started our process in November of 2020:

It took until February 2021 to get two fireplaces fixed. Then, one stopped working 2 months later and we still have a twice cracked panel with no get well date.

We spent several thousand dollars and our problems are not fixed. They are not specialists. They do not do demo. They do not care if they give you wrong information. I’d recommend a different company if one existed. They have success because they are a monopoly. Please use a general contractor if at all possible.

Dryer vent cleaning. 5-stars for Doodlebuggers! Excellent ongoing communication once initial contact was made and up to appointment date. Arrival time was as promised. Employees (3) were courteous, and cooperative in wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as requested by the homeowner. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company.
